What I like best about Grade is that it brings everything I need to run the business into one system. Instead of switching between separate tools for project management, CRM, HR, resource planning, and finances, I can see the whole picture in one place.

The biggest value for me is visibility: I can quickly understand how projects are performing, how the team is utilized, what’s happening with sales, and where the business is actually making or losing money. The main thing I’d improve is the onboarding experience. Grade has a lot of functionality, so it can take some time to understand how to set everything up for your specific business processes. What I like most is that Grade brings HR, recruitment, project management and finance into one system. For us as an IT company, it gives a much better overview of the business without having to manage everything across different tools and Excel spreadsheets. There are still some features and integrations we would like to see added, especially for more advanced reporting and automation. The product is developing quickly, so some things are not as flexible as we would like yet. But the Grade team is very responsive to feedback and regularly improves the product. I like that Grade brings together everything I need into one platform, like HR, project management, finance management, task management, and time management, all in one window. I also appreciate that the development team is great, and they're responsive to my requests by adding features to their backlog, which keeps me pretty satisfied. Another thing I like is that Grade completely covers our needs for internal processes, so we don't need other tools. Plus, it's easy to set up, even for small teams because I've managed it well with my development experience.
