What do you like best about Grade?

What I like best about Grade is that it brings everything I need to run the business into one system. Instead of switching between separate tools for project management, CRM, HR, resource planning, and finances, I can see the whole picture in one place.

The biggest value for me is visibility: I can quickly understand how projects are performing, how the team is utilized, what’s happening with sales, and where the business is actually making or losing money. It makes day-to-day operations much more structured and gives you the data you need to make decisions faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grade?

The main thing I’d improve is the onboarding experience. Grade has a lot of functionality, so it can take some time to understand how to set everything up for your specific business processes. More ready-to-use templates and guided setup options would make it even easier to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
