What problems is GPS to GO Inc solving and how is that benefiting you? During storm events, we needed real-time visibility on where every truck, plow, and piece of equipment was, especially when routes change quickly based on conditions. We previously had difficulty verifying exact start/finish times, time-on-site, and idle time (warming up, waiting, or staging), which can inflate payroll and make productivity hard to measure. We regularly faced billing disputes when customers questioned when service happened, how long we were on site, or whether a property was actually cleared/salted during a specific time window. Our earlier tracking options were mostly a basic “dot on the map” without useful reporting or operational insights for storms, route efficiency, or proof-of-service. We needed a system that supports better dispatching during live events—seeing what’s closest, what’s moving, and what’s been completed—so we can respond faster and reduce unnecessary travel.
