After this we can redeem our rewards, this could happen in a competition with our peers as well. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** there is an error coming up in the application **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am exercising more, being more cautious about my health. I think it is fun to compete against my peers, although sometimes it is hard to keep up with them. I like the rewards, however those do not motivate me much. ### 2. It encourages me to be a little more active, getting off a stop earlier when commuting or having a lunchtime walk to make sure my goals are achieved. It's easy to use and enrol on challenges, and the leadboard functionality (with teams) is also a great feature. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** I have had some connection issues with Fitbit and the App not syncing. When flagged, the team resolved really quickly. **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps the team have some collaboration and an element of competition, as well as assisting from a Wellbeing point of view, encouraging a little more activity in the workday. ### 3. This was our first time working with a wellness provider and they helped us with each step to make the initiative a great success. GoVida team listened to our needs and helped us create exciting personalized challenges that maximized engagement with our team. When the app went live, the customer support offered was great! They quickly resolved and responded to any queries our team needed answering. Engagement levels were pretty high for our company because of the advice GoVida gave us in marketing the initiative before it went live. These engagement levels remained high throughout the challenges. Our colleagues' feedback was fantastic, and the app helped many of our team. The mindness suite got a lot of mentions during our feedback questionnaire, and people have continued using similar material to date. The app itself is easy to navigate and looks great. It synced up with all the leading fitness apps such as GoogleFit, Strava, Garmin etc. The biggest compliment is that we will be teaming up with GoVida again because our colleagues loved the app, which positively helped many people. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** Nothing of note; everything was super positive for us. **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us create healthy habits for our employees. Daily goal setting and banner rewards are a really nice pay in the back. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** I have only really had a positive experience since using the app. So no dislikes to date. **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am motivated to complete my steps goal and have tried to incorporate these extra steps into my sedentary periods e.g. when sat for prolonged periods - try to make a chance and have a quick walk. ### 6. Downloaded as my workplace signed up, bringing my steps up from 4k average to 10k for the year. Useful as it encourages healthy competition and bonding through challenges. We are also extremely impressed with the customer centered approach to support. The GoVida team is always available for both technical support and recommending new ideas for us to implement. In my role I work with many providers of various solfware solutions and GoVida rises to the top. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** Nothing to report here, we have been absoutely impressed with GoVida product and services. **Recommendations to others considering GoVida:** If you are looking for a product that is easy to administer and that supports holistic wellness - GoVida is your app! **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for one platform that would allow us to engage employees in wellness intiatives, build up comminity and provide a wide range of wellness related resources. We have ran walking challenges before, but have heard from our staff that they would like to include cycling or gym check-ins or other classes and we were able to find all these options with GoVida. ### 10. The mind section is great for relaxation with the meditation being the most used **What do you dislike about GoVida?** The check in function could be more prominent and at the end of the meditations sessions you get a ping alert which wakes you up from the relaxed state! **Recommendations to others considering GoVida:** GoVida is a fantastic app for engaging my team and enhancing their wellbeing. The step counter has even made my most sedentary staff members do more exercise and as we know, a healthy body is a healthy mind! The uptake of the mind section has also surprised me with many of my team regularly listening to the different offerings. I can safely say that the majority of my team wouldn't want to be without this app **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the team realise that moving around in the day is vital for mental health and wellbeing and will make for a more productive team. It is a topic of conversation amongst team members and has introduced some friendly competition. With these there is the ability to create different teams amongst your staff, as well as view a team's and an individual's progress on the leaderboards in real-time. We are a large GP practice in Manchester, UK and our staff (40+ people) have really taken to the App. It's a fun exercise and has been great for team-building, with resultant improvements in staff energy, resilience levels and morale. Activity levels have been evidenced to have increased and our staff have greatly benefitted from the Mind section on the App that has various meditation exercises and relaxation techniques within it, in what has proven to be a very stressful year for frontline NHS staff. The App is constantly being developed, with new features and rewards appearing on a regular basis. The support team are very helpful and responsive to any queries or feedback. The App is appears well priced and a good investment, due to the resultant benefits in terms of increased productivity, reduced stress levels / sick days. **What do you dislike about GoVida?** At first not all wearable devices were supported. However, as mentioned above, the App is constantly being developed and improved; this has led to improvements here with Apple Health, Fitbit , Strava and Garmin devices now all connectable, which is great as all our staff members can now track their activities and get involved. **What problems is GoVida solving and how is that benefiting you?** The App has helped create a way of getting our staff to engage in an acitivity together that is fun, with an element of friendly competition (optional) with tangible rewards at the end (eg vouchers, discounts, extra days holiday, etc), all whilst improving their physical and mental health and resilience along the way. Our staff have felt valued that we as their employer have invested in their wellbeing. All in all this has boosted staff morale, created a positive energy and fun talking points in the staff room. ### 12.
