We had our API documentation, compliance SOPs, onboarding SOPs, incident reports, Jira issues, and customer escalation process stored on Google Drive, Confluence, Slack, and our internal system. One of the strengths of Google Enterprise Search was its UI/UX as the tool offered users an intuitive search experience regardless of the technical background of users. The tool offered natural language search functionality, and the AI-based ranking improved the ability of the tool to provide relevant results. Fintech audit preparation became much easier for compliance and engineering teams who were able to access transaction workflow documents, risk policies, and integration references much more easily. Additionally, integrations were another strength of the software as it worked well with current platforms such as Confluence and Google Drive without needing to change the architecture. **What do you dislike about Google Enterprise Search?** Another issue with Google Enterprise Search is that the effectiveness of the search results relies largely on the quality and management of the underlying enterprise data. In other words, the search result will be as good or as bad as the quality of the enterprise data.
