**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The best part is versatility across different fields. Whether I need a quick React component, a high quality AI generated image , or a critique of a user flow, Gemini handles it all with professional quality and great speed.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The worst part is that it can sometimes provide overly confident but incorrect answers for very niche technical libraries. You always need to double check its code suggestions to ansre they follow the latest version of a framework.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini acts as a multi purpose assistant that handles everything from complex coding questions to UI/UX design advice. It benefits me by providing instant solutions to engineering roadblocks and helping me brainstorm creative design ideas in one place.

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I love that Gemini actually provides real, helpful feedback without misleading me. It's really thoughtful and delivers quality information, handling most problems without issues. Gemini is fantastic for diagnosing my car's issues, like making sense of diagnostic data and offering troubleshooting tips. I use it for building mobile apps too, where it acts like a Lead Developer, generating clean, accurate code from scratch which is incredibly functional. The seamless integration into my work with Android Studio and Visual Studio Code is a huge plus. Also, the initial setup was seamless, and switching from ChatGPT to Gemini was a great decision for me. Overall, I'm really happy with Gemini PRO.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes it makes some errors, which then it corrects itself. The bigger the memory is, some errors may arise as it's truncating some responses. When sending a prompt to generate a code, some information may be ambiguous. Gemini should ask for specific questions if it finds the request too vague.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini to diagnose my car issues, getting accurate specs and troubleshooting tips. It helps in app development by building frameworks and finding and fixing issues. Gemini offers thoughtful, unbiased feedback, and generates clean, functional code.

  ### 3. Efficient and Creative, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Conference Center Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like that we have access to Gemini for free, which makes it easy to slowly implement into my work. It helps make my writings or emails sound more professional and polished, as I can start the work and let it edit for me. I also enjoy playing with editing or creating images in it. If there's something I'm envisioning but can't quite find the right image, Gemini can create it for me. I use it for things as simple as designing a nail art idea to designing more abstract and full ads. The initial setup was pretty easy as it was already all set up for me.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I'm still learning how to use it. I do have to say the images don't come out as sharp as I am hoping compared to ChatGPT but I'm still playing around with it.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini helps make my writings and emails more professional and polished, and it edits them for me. I like using it for creating images when I can't find the right one, from simple designs to full ads.

  ### 4. Versatile, User-Friendly, but Room for Growth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan F. | Senior Marketing Specialist, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I find Gemini's ease of use to be awesome. The ability to create agents is really helpful. I feel that Gemini works with me and my style better than GPT. It's also great that I can gather information quickly for personal matters and collaborate effectively in business matters. When I need to figure out a monthly budget, I can plug info into Gemini and get results faster than working by myself. Additionally, when crafting emails with the right tone and style, Gemini is my go-to tool.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I wish it could create Microsoft documents, as I don't care or use the Google Docs ecosystem at all. It also seems to hallucinate more than I'd like, but compared to GPT it's less. Would love for Gemini to match Claude in items available like CoWork. I feel that Claude is cutting edge, and Gemini is good, but that Google is resting on it a bit and not innovating enough.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini to gather information for personal projects and collaborate on business matters. It helps me organize my monthly budget more efficiently and craft emails in an impactful tone and style.

  ### 5. Deep Google Workspace Integration That Feels Like Personal Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The most helpful aspect of Gemini is its deep integration with the Google ecosystem. It works like a “personal intelligence” layer that can connect your data by pulling context directly from Gmail, Drive, and Calendar to summarize email threads or help you find specific documents.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Instruction following: It can be “stubborn” at times, ignoring specific formatting requests or word-count constraints.

Privacy concerns: Its deep integration with Google Workspace can raise worries about data collection and the possibility of human review of private chats.

Inconsistency: Performance may vary a lot between sessions, and in longer conversations it can sometimes lose context.

Safety filters: Some people find its refusal to answer certain prompts overly cautious, or even a bit “preachy.”

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini tackles several core user problems by acting as a multimodal, integrated assistant, bringing different capabilities together in one place.

  ### 6. Multimodal Power with Integration Ease, Needs Security Enhancements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash S. | Sr. Technical Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like the multimodality part of Gemini, and the context window is higher, which makes it easier to use. It supports integration with the overall Google Vertex AI tech easily, which helps in having text-based or video-based interfaces allowing users to interact more intuitively. The greater context window size gives a better understanding of the overall context of the conversation with users and members, allowing past interactions or patterns to be used to contextualize responses better to user queries. The initial setup was also straightforward, just requiring getting the API key and validating through Vertex AI credentials, after which it works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I think there were some security issues discovered with Gemini. Also, it would be helpful if they advertised how it benefits users compared to competitors like OpenAI. It would be better for users to have clearer insights on why they should pick Gemini over other options as there are different variants of Gemini now Pro, Lite, Flash etc.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini supports multimodal interaction, allowing more intuitive interfaces. Its large context window enhances understanding of conversations, improving response contextualization to user queries.

What I like most about Gemini is how smoothly it can quickly pull up-to-date answers and understand different types of inputs like text and images, making it a convenient all-in-one assistant for daily tasks. Its ability to provide quick, relevant results in one place means I don't have to spend time searching across multiple websites or worrying if the information is outdated. The feature of understanding different types of inputs is impressive; for example, I can upload a screenshot, document, or image and get explanations or insights instantly. Together, these features save time, reduce effort, and make it easier to handle both simple and complex tasks. Additionally, the initial setup of Gemini was so easy.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

While Gemini is useful, there are still a few things that don't work as well. At times the response can feel too brief or generic, especially when you need deeper explanations. For coding or technical tasks, it's helpful but not always as reliable for advanced problems. Improving accuracy, better understanding of complex queries, and more detailed responses would make it stronger overall.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 9. Versatile and Efficient Research Companion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I use Gemini for a variety of tasks, and I love its efficiency and how it helps me save a lot of time. The clarity and depth of its research capabilities are impressive, and its ability to conduct thorough, targeted research stands out for me. When given huge chunks of data, Gemini hallucinates and the token limit is very irritating at times. Even after continuous instructions, it continues to make the same mistakes, whether with Banana or coding or any other specific task.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for research and data analysis, saving time and making me more efficient. It helps plan and execute tasks quickly, with great coding and Google Workspace integration.

  ### 10. Handy Google Integration and Image Q&A, but Inconsistent and a Bit Clunky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dachi chkhikvadze . | freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The Google integration is really handy. It pulls in relevant info from Search and can work with my Google Docs and other workspace tools pretty seamlessly. The responses feel current since it has access to recent information. I also like that it can handle images well - I can upload a photo and ask questions about it, which is super useful.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

It can be inconsistent - sometimes it nails exactly what I need, other times it misses the mark completely. The interface isn't as polished as some competitors, and I've noticed it occasionally gives different answers to the same question. Also, the conversation flow can feel a bit clunky compared to other AI assistants I've used.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me quickly find and synthesize information without endless searching. Since it connects to Google services, I can research topics, get summaries, and even work with my documents all in one place. Saves me from juggling multiple tabs and tools. The image analysis is also clutch when I need to identify something or extract text from photos.

  ### 11. Versatile, Fast All-in-One Assistant with Excellent Conversational Memory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

Versatility Across Tasks: I love that it functions as an all-in-one assistant. Whether I need to brainstorm marketing copy, debug a piece of code, or summarize a long PDF, it handles context switching seamlessly.

Conversational Memory: It holds onto the context of long, complex conversations incredibly well. I can ask follow-up questions or ask it to tweak a previous answer without having to re-explain the entire premise.

Speed and Iteration: The generation speed is extremely fast, which makes the creative process feel fluid. If a draft isn't quite right, I can ask it to adjust the tone or format and get a revised version instantly.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Occasional Hallucinations: While generally very accurate, it can sometimes present incorrect information or fabricated sources with high confidence.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Gemini, I struggled with the high time cost of summarizing long research documents and drafting repetitive professional content from scratch. Now, I can use Gemini to synthesize complex information and generate high-quality initial drafts in seconds, which has resulted in a significant reduction in time spent on administrative writing. It has effectively removed the 'blank page' syndrome from my creative workflow, allowing me to focus more on strategy rather than execution.

  ### 12. Gemini: Multimodal AI with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushal K. | Trainee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I really like that Gemini is lightweight but still powerful—it doesn't feel dumbed down at all. It has an industry-leading feature, supporting a 1,000,000 token context window, which is really impressive for something that fast. It also stands out because it can transcribe audio and text and pick up on tone and visual cues, making interactions feel much more human in a live setting. I also appreciate its ability to analyze entire code bases without needing to break them into smaller parts, and its long-term project memory is a huge help, as it keeps specific data responses without needing constant refreshes.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I find that there is a confidence gap, where Gemini can be too confident in its responses even when it's wrong. Instead of saying 'I don't know,' it might invent a function that doesn't exist or provide a logically flawed SQL join while sounding completely certain. This is a concern because one wrong formula can ruin an entire data analytics project. I always have to trust but verify its logic, especially with complex calculations. Another issue is that while Gemini is great at handling a single SQL query, it struggles with massive pipelines with multiple dependencies, sometimes losing track of the reasoning chain. It needs to be better at handling highly technical architecture tasks before speaking.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for my day-to-day tasks as a data engineer, like writing text for Power BI and coding on databases. It solves tech and board-related issues accurately, remembers project details over time, and handles complex data analytics without needing constant explanation.

  ### 13. Effortless Setup with Occasional Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushi D. | Internship Trainee, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I appreciate that Gemini is trained well and provides very accurate and really good answers, especially when it comes to research and debugging. I find it easy to use, with a simple setup that just requires logging in. It's a helpful tool for understanding code structure, debugging in detail, and conducting detailed code reviews and changes. I also enjoy using Gemini for image generation.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes the Gemini in anti gravity crashes out. It does not give accurate answers, and sometimes it just gives the same answer twice, multiple times. Even when the prompt has changed or when I'm told it to do something else, it gives the same answers and it crashes everything. That is the biggest problem I face.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for text generation and code debugging. It helps me understand code structure and perform detailed reviews and changes.

  ### 14. Gemini: A Time-Saving Gem for Schoolwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I just love Gemini because it has definitely saved me a lot of time, which is a game changer for me. It makes life a lot easier as I don't have to do all the typing and data entry. With Gemini, you're able to upload files like PDFs and doc files, and it's able to parse all these files. From there, I can do a multitude of things using different tools and features. The initial setup was really easy; you just go to Gemini and off you go.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

You know, right now, Gemini is doing pretty well. I think, if you end up with a long standing conversation you end up with issues as it tends to be a little, I'll say ding-batty. It kind of forgets what it's doing or you have to be careful and make sure it's doing what you ask it to do.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for schoolwork, uploading files like Excel sheets to find correlations that help me finish my work. It makes life easier by cutting down on typing and data entry, allowing me to view problems from different angles, and saving a lot of time.

  ### 15. Makes Daily Work Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like Gemini because it helps me summarize production, maintenance, processing, dryer, and indent reports. It even saves time by organizing information I provide better and giving professional responses that are used directly in operations and communication by me. It is especially useful for troubleshooting machinery and production issues.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The biggest issue I’ve noticed is accuracy in technical and detailed context. Sometimes it gives answers that need verification before use.

Another issue is memory in long chats. After long conversations, it sometimes forgets earlier instructions or previously shared detail.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it faster to summarize information, draft internal communication, and understand technical topics more quickly.

It has improved my daily workflow by helping me process information faster and communicate with my team, especially during busy work times with multiple reports and operational updates.

The tool appears to deeply understand any type of user input. It responds with amazingly precise general information gathered from online and presents it in an organize and neat way. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to create and easily define gems which adds necessary parameters to lock information on myself or what I'm specifically interested in

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Not much to dislike, I guess the only thing is sometimes it interprets the guardrails so literally like for example I ask it to be direct with me which just results in it saying "Cutting to the chase" on every single reply. I guess I need to further modify the guardrails but it's a minor annoyance.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essentially everything. It's well incorporated to Gmail, Google Calendar, Notebook LM, etc. It has a great ability to absorb a lot of data and sift through it. Response times are fast, even at the pro thinking model.

What stands out most about Gemini is its native multimodal capability. It can handle text, images, audio, video, and code in a single workflow, which makes it more versatile than many traditional AI tools. Another major advantage is its deep integration with the Google ecosystem. Also it's 1 million context window is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The biggest issue is inconsistency in accuracy. While Gemini performs well in many cases, it can still generate incorrect or poorly grounded answers, especially in factual queries. It's not that good at back-end coding tasks even though it excels at frontend.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to generate, edit, and manage content directly within tools I already use, reducing context switching and saving time.

  ### 19. Essential for Students, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shefali N. | College student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I use Gemini in my day-to-day activities as a college student, and it helps me with my studies. I love the screen sharing option, both live and basic, as it allows me to get answers easily. Gemini solves the problem of having to save and download images first. With the screen sharing option, I get answers easily and no longer have to take screenshots of questions. I also appreciate that Gemini helps me solve questions and handle a lot of PDFs without any limited access. The initial setup of Gemini is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini is not good at solving equations; in my experience, it makes a lot of mistakes.

Gemini helps me easily solve question papers and PDFs through screen sharing, eliminating the need to save and download images. It makes accessing answers straightforward without restrictions.

  ### 20. Gemini Makes Health Education Clearer with Strong Visuals and Structured Content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education and teaching content. My daily work includes preparing short classes, educational videos, patient guidance material, and online teaching sessions. For this kind of work, I need both reliable information and good visual support to explain concepts clearly.
What I like best about Gemini is how it supports both visual content creation and research-based exploration in one place. In my daily work, images play an important role, especially for diet charts, disease-specific nutrition topics, and patient education visuals. Gemini helps me generate professional-looking images that I can use in presentations, teaching slides, and awareness material. This is very useful when explaining diet plans or health concepts visually to patients and students, instead of relying only on text.

Gemini is also helpful for research and search-based tasks related to health, diet, and homeopathy. When I search for topics such as nutrition guidelines, lifestyle advice, or background information for educational content, Gemini provides organized and easy-to-read results. It helps me quickly understand the topic, revise key points, and then adapt the information according to my professional experience. This saves time compared to searching multiple websites manually.
For homeopathy and nutrition education, I often use Gemini to explore general explanations, supporting concepts, and different perspectives before preparing content. It helps in building a base understanding, which I then refine for patient guidance, educational posts, or online teaching sessions. The way Gemini presents information feels practical and suitable for learning and teaching purposes.

In my work, I also deal with large PDF books and reference material related to diet, nutrition, and homeopathy. Sometimes I only need information from specific sections instead of reading the entire document. Gemini helps by allowing me to upload such files and quickly understand the relevant parts. This makes it easier to extract useful information for study, teaching, or content preparation without going through the full book manually.

From a dietician’s perspective, I also use Gemini for deeper study and background research related to nutrition science and disease-based dietary management. When working on topics like therapeutic diets, gut health, lifestyle modification, or nutrition support for chronic conditions, Gemini helps me explore concepts in more depth and understand the reasoning behind dietary recommendations.

It is useful for reviewing research-oriented explanations, understanding how diet impacts disease progression, and preparing structured notes for education and teaching. This helps me stay updated, improve my subject understanding, and deliver more confident and informed explanations to patients and students.

Compared to other AI tools I use, Gemini stands out more for image-related work and presentation-focused content. Some tools are stronger in deep text-heavy research, but Gemini works better when visuals, headings, and structured explanations are important. This makes it especially useful for creating educational material, visual content, and teaching resources.
I use Gemini regularly when working on patient education visuals, content creation, and teaching preparation. It fits well into my workflow and helps me combine research, visual content, and explanations efficiently. Overall, Gemini adds real value to my work as a dietician, clinic manager, and educator by making health education content clearer, more visual, and easier to prepare.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

One thing I dislike about Gemini is that the interface does not always feel smooth or well optimized during deep research work. When I am researching health, nutrition, or homeopathy related topics that require detailed reading and comparison, the interface can feel slow. During deep research sessions, the results sometimes take a long time to appear, and in a few cases I need to refresh the page for the screen to update properly and show the full response.
Another practical issue is the time taken for deep research. For complex diet science, disease management, or educational topics, Gemini often takes longer than expected to generate complete results. When I am working during clinic hours or preparing content under time pressure, this waiting time can interrupt my workflow. Compared to quick-answer tools, the deep research experience feels less responsive.

From a work perspective, I also notice that while Gemini provides useful information, the research output is not always structured in a way that is directly ready for professional use. For patient education or teaching, I usually need to reorganize the content, simplify the language, and verify important points before using it. This extra manual effort is manageable but adds time to the process.
Another limitation is consistency. Sometimes the depth and clarity of responses vary depending on how the query is framed. For diet and health-related topics, I often need to ask follow-up questions or rephrase queries to get the level of detail I need for clinic guidance or educational material.

Overall, Gemini works well for visual content and general research, but for deep, text-heavy study related to nutrition, disease management, and education, it can feel slow and less polished. With better interface optimization and faster deep research responses, it would be more suitable for continuous professional research work.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini helps me solve the problem of handling both information research and visual presentation in my daily professional work. As a dietician, homeopathy clinic manager, content creator, and educator, I often need to research health and nutrition topics, prepare explanations, and present the same information in a visual and easy-to-understand format for patients and students. Doing all of this manually or using separate tools takes a lot of time.

One of the main problems Gemini solves for me is visual support. Creating or finding suitable images for diet charts, disease-specific nutrition guidance, and health education content can be time-consuming. Gemini allows me to generate relevant visuals quickly, which I can use for patient education, teaching slides, presentations, and awareness content. This improves clarity and saves time, especially when explaining complex topics visually.

Gemini also helps with research and search-based information. When working on diet, lifestyle, or homeopathy-related topics, it helps me explore background concepts, summarize information, and identify key points without having to browse multiple websites. This is helpful when preparing educational content or revising topics before teaching or clinic discussions. It does not replace professional judgment, but it supports faster understanding and preparation.

For content creation and teaching, Gemini helps reduce the effort of starting from scratch. It assists in organizing ideas, creating structured explanations, and providing visual references. This makes my educational material more organized and easier to deliver, especially during online classes or short teaching sessions.

Another benefit is workflow efficiency. By combining research, explanations, and visual generation in one platform, Gemini reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. This helps me manage my time better during busy clinic hours and content preparation schedules.

Overall, Gemini benefits my work by saving time, improving visual communication, and supporting research and content preparation in a practical way. While it still requires manual review and refinement for professional accuracy, it makes my daily tasks more efficient and helps me deliver clearer and more engaging health education and patient guidance.

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like that Gemini easily connects to my Google Chrome and Google account. I especially love Nano Banana and the graphic creating elements, as well as the ability to download the graphics into editable formats like PDF. It makes it super easy to create new graphics for my website with Nano Banana and helps me come up with creative ideas for new pieces. It greatly accelerates my ability to freshen up and work on my website with new eye-catching graphics or icons for my blogs. The initial setup was super easy, there was basically no setup, just accessed it through Chrome and I was good to go.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I think its marketing content writing isn't the greatest and doesn't have as much control over tone like with Claude. The tone just sounds too robotic and doesn't seem as natural as Claude does when writing.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini to easily create eye-catching graphics for my website, which accelerates my ability to refresh content and come up with creative ideas.

I use most of the tools in Google Suite Drive, email, Workspace, map, calendar, etc. Gemini integrates seamlessly with all of them. It is helping create drafts and emails for email marketing.
Very easy to implement and use. I like its interface much more than other tools because the home page has auto-suggestions, which is motivating. We can navigate through the tool with these recommendations and complete the task. This saves time, and the tool's purpose is fulfilled 100 %.
It summarizes as well as expands a text. We can rely on it for improving and rewriting content.

I have used image generation tools many times, especially for making memes. After getting a response, we can like/unlike/retry/copy/check accuracy. When we select any of these options, it asks the reason for our choice, which is really appreciable. This helps in the learning of the Assistant and be more useful to us next time.
The inputs can be given through Camera, gallery, files, drive, and NotebookLM. Can also us ethe mic for voice input.
'Go-live' option is so cool. We can use the camera, talk, turn on captions, and share screen.
Another interesting feature is creating your 'Gem'. We can create custom AI experts like career coaches, marketing experts etc.
Gemini's strength lies in reasoning, strong logic, math, and step-by-step explanations.
It is good for structured professional writing and interpreting images audios, & texts.
It is often compared with ChatGPT and Claude. The expertise of each tool differs, and its usage depends on the user and their goals.
Google customer support is always prompt, as is Gemini's.

  ### 26. Intrusive Gemini Suggestions in Workspace—Hard to Disable and Constantly Distracting

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie T. | Senior Managing Editor, Publishing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say about Gemini. I will put details in the "dislike" area.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini appeared in my Google Workspace tools randomly, it takes up screen real estate, pops up in random places with suggestions I find distracting and unhelpful, and it really messes with my train of thought. I don't want all of these intrusive "suggestions" all the time -- I just want to do my job. The most annoying one is definitely in Google Sheets where it keeps wanting to suggest things to do with my formulas. It's a huge distraction and is never what I wanted. I have explored trying to turn it off, particularly in the areas where it bothers me the most, but I can't seem to find a way to fine-tune where it appears and doesn't appear.

It reminds me of when someone is counting and someone (usually a kid being obnoxious) starts shouting out random numbers just to be annoying. The very (very) few times that Gemini actually suggests something I would use it's not extensive enough to be helpful and just saves me a second or two of typing. I feel like I had that with auto-fill suggestions before Gemini even became a thing. Google really needs to come up with a granular way to turn it off in the areas that frustrate people the most.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really not. I don't like it at all and wish I could turn it off.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like that Gemini is deeply integrated with the Google ecosystem. It's really handy because I use Gmail, Google Calendar, and YouTube, so having everything connected makes it easy. I can summarize YouTube videos, make photos, and even summarize PDFs using Gemini, thanks to its integration with Google LMS and my drive. The setup was particularly convenient for me since Gemini was already connected to services and many people were already familiar with it. Because of this integration, I didn't have to spend time connecting external tools before becoming productive, making the transition feel seamless. Additionally, I appreciate Gemini's strong ecosystem which makes it easy to recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I can say that Gemini starts to struggle when we give more detail for conversational tasks. One issue I repeatedly noticed is that it's context written. Sometimes it forgets, like when the conversation becomes longer, Gemini sometimes forgets and loses the project requirements, and starts responding as if the previous state of conversation never happened.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for daily coding and searching tasks, like finding organic web results without AI hallucinations. It helps with coding exercises, solutions, and converting roadmaps.

  ### 31. Seamless Google Workspace Integration for a Truly Unified Workflow

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

What I dislike most is the occasional over-cautiousness or 'preachy' tone. Sometimes, when I’m asking for creative writing or a simple technical debate, the guardrails trigger unnecessarily, leading to a refusal to answer a harmless prompt that other models would handle without issue.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: I often have to digest massive amounts of information from long PDFs, hour-long videos, and endless email threads, which takes hours of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I dislike when Gemini gets too preachy or refuses to answer simple questions because of its safety filters. It can also be frustrating when it hallucinates facts or gives me a generic, wordy response instead of just getting straight to the point.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Gemini to cut through the noise and get hours of my life back. It handles the boring stuff like digging through my emails, summarizing long-winded documents, and getting a first draft on paper so I don't have to start from scratch. Simple and easy to use. I like the multimodal ability, and the interface feels clean with faster responses. In many cases, it also provides real-time information.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

  ### 41. Multimodal Power Meets User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitali V. | Senior Associate - Client Engagement | EU + ME + India, Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like Gemini mainly for its strong multimodal abilities and integration with the Google ecosystem. It can understand text, photos, audio, and video, which makes it more versatile. I appreciate how it combines AI thinking with Google Search, helping me understand emails, documents, pitches, and even clients' difficult queries. It's incredibly helpful for me as a BDR. Overall, Gemini acts as a partner that helps me save time, stay organized, and deliver more value to prospects. The interface is easy to handle, and it provides responses to queries in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

One thing about Gemini that could improve is its consistency. Sometimes it gives very accurate, detailed responses, and other times it gives very generic responses or misses important context. It could improve its ability to track details consistently throughout longer conversations as sometimes it forgets earlier conversations or shifts its understanding midway, which affects the flow. It would help if the model had stronger memory continuity, clearer grounding in user-provided information, and more precise handling of India-specific or niche industry queries.

I use Gemini for email writing, marketing content, and sales pitches. It provides accurate pitches, helps convert cold leads, aids in understanding market touch points, and creates personalized mail sequences and LinkedIn drafts.

  ### 42. Gemini’s Free Image Generation Keeps Going When Others Cut Off

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I don't want to pay for AI. It is a tool I'm curious about, but I'm not invested in it. I have only used the free versions of any of them, especially for image generation. Chat GPT cuts me off after a small number of uploads or generations, but Gemini keeps going. I appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I think the things I dislike about Gemini in particular happened due to my own failings to communicate what results I wanted. It felt like I was shouting at a barista, asking them to put coffee in a cup, and the coffee was going everywhere except the cup. Then there was no coffee at all. Again, this was probably my failing. I need to learn to communicate with aI to get the results I want.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not a fan of Ai. Using Google Gemini showed me that Ai is not at all threatening, since I can still create better results on my own. Even still, if I don't have time, and don't mind the obviously-computerized results, it is fun to see what I can get out of it.

  ### 43. User-Friendly with Efficient Technical Support

I also find it valuable because it easily links to Google Sheets, which helps when I'm doing data analysis by providing previews of how to make the data make sense. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I think Gemini tends to get confused after 3-4 prompts. Chat continuity is heavily missing there; GPT does better at that.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini is great at picking up nuances in email creation, language correction, and brainstorming. It reduces task redundancy and fatigue. Additionally, its integration with Google Sheets aids in making data analysis more insightful.

I like that it’s clearly better than other AI tools when it comes to deep research, problem-solving, and generating actionable code I can actually use.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I’ve run into a few issues: some inaccuracies, privacy filters that get in the way, rate limits, and occasional downgrades.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved a lot for me, especially when it comes to reasoning through problems and removing bottlenecks in my automations.

  ### 47. A Fast and Versatile AI Assistant for Everyday Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane . | Sr. Customer Support and onboarding Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

What I like most about Gemini is how fast and responsive it is, especially for everyday writing and research tasks. The interface is simple, clean, and easy to use, which makes it great for quick questions or deeper work. I also appreciate how well it integrates with Google’s ecosystem — switching between Docs, Gmail, and Gemini makes the workflow much smoother. Its ability to summarize content, draft emails, and generate ideas saves a huge amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

There are moments when Gemini’s responses feel less detailed than expected, especially with very technical queries. Some features also seem to be available only in certain regions or accounts, which can be limiting. I’d also like more customization options for tone and writing style. Overall, these are small issues, but there’s definitely room for more advanced controls.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini helps streamline a lot of my daily tasks — drafting content, summarizing documents, generating ideas, and even helping with quick coding questions. It reduces the time spent on repetitive work and helps me move projects forward faster. For business use, it’s especially helpful for creating clean documentation, preparing responses for customers, and organizing information quickly. The ability to handle multiple types of tasks in one place has improved productivity across the board.

  ### 48. Impressive Reasoning Power and Flexibility at Lightning Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin T. | Marketing Director, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The best part is the new controllable 'thinking' capability. Unlike other lightweight models, Gemini 2.5 Flash can pause to reason through complex queries before responding. Being able to set a 'thinking budget' gives me the flexibility to balance speed and intelligence, making it surprisingly capable for a 'Flash' model while keeping costs low."

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

"It can occasionally be stubborn about following complex negative constraints. When given long context or detailed formatting rules, it sometimes ignores specific 'do not' instructions or gets 'lazy' with large outputs. I find I still have to nudge it more often than the Pro version to get the exact format I need on the first try."

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"While the 'thinking' mode is useful, enabling it significantly impacts the model's speed. It loses the instant response time that defines the 'Flash' series. For a lightweight model, the latency can become unpredictable when the thinking budget is high, making it difficult to rely on for strictly real-time applications that require both speed and reasoning."

Option 2: Focus on Reasoning Depth vs. Pro (The Ceiling)
"It still hits a 'reasoning ceiling' on highly complex tasks compared to the Pro model. Even with the thinking budget maxed out, it struggles with nuanced coding architecture or very subtle creative instructions. It’s excellent for 90% of tasks, but for that final 10% of expert-level deduction, it can spin its wheels or hallucinate rather than providing the deep insight of the larger models."

  ### 49. Efficient Research Companion with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Mechanical Engineering intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like that Gemini makes it easier to gather information and streamline where to start when researching various topics. I find it easy to use and appreciate that it provides sources when searching. Also, it will tell you when it can't find information and will try to point you in a better direction. These features really aid in narrowing the scope of research and provide access to products and primary sources.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

It often doesn't discriminate between old and new information.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini makes it easier to gather information, streamline research on a variety of topics, and provides sources. It helps by narrowing research scope and guiding when information isn't available.

  ### 50. Impressive Productivity Boost with Creative Edge

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DHRUV B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I use Gemini daily for coding, content generation, and creating images and videos. As a software developer, it really boosts my productivity, making me feel 10x more productive. I find the Nano banana image generation model superb. I have fun with image and video generation, and it's fascinating how ideas can come alive on screen. The initial setup was very simple, just Google authentication and I'm ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini tends to give answers in a way that's very sugar-coated, like telling you exactly what you want to hear rather than presenting a mirror of reality.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for code error fixing, which boosts my productivity 10x.
