We are able to not only store a large amount of information and data, but we are also able to collaborate on the same project at the same time while seeing live updates. By being able to all work together, it makes completing reports more efficient and easier. There are not many cons to using this, but one thing I noticed is if you have a lot of people working on the same thing, if you are not actively watching what they are doing, it can be hard to see what they have done or changed.
