## About GoNoGo
GoNoGo is a mobile-first federal contracting app for small and mid-sized government contractors that need to find SAM.gov opportunities, decide which ones to pursue, and keep every pursuit moving without a dedicated capture team. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and phone, and the entity profile, decisions, notes, and pipeline stay connected across all three. Setup starts with a Unique Entity ID (UEI). GoNoGo builds a starting entity profile from SAM.gov and other public federal sources, such as USASpending.gov and SBA records, and suggests saved searches built around the business, so the first session opens on relevant work instead of an empty search box. Adding capabilities, certifications, target markets, past performance, and a capability statement sharpens the results over time. Opportunity discovery covers the full SAM.gov opportunity set. Users search by keyword, NAICS code, set-aside, agency, or place of performance, or describe what they need in plain English. Triage comes down to one decision per opportunity: Go, Hold, or No-Go. Each decision is saved with notes, so the reasoning stays attached to the opportunity and to the pipeline. Capture management runs through a Review, Plan, Draft, and Submit pipeline that keeps decisions, notes, response dates, and next steps together, whether they were updated at a desk or on a phone. Ask GoNoGo, the built-in AI assistant, finds opportunities, explains requirements and federal contracting terms, summarizes what matters in a solicitation, and can analyze an uploaded PDF, Word, or image file. It supports the bid or no-bid decision and leaves the judgment with the user. GoNoGo learns from searches, saved searches, decisions, and pipeline activity to surface work that fits the business as it is used. When a pursuit needs hands-on help, users can request support from ContractIQ, a team of former federal contracting professionals, for solicitation analysis, compliance review, proposal writing and editing, pricing support, and submission guidance. ContractIQ services are separate from the GoNoGo subscription. Creating an account is free, and free accounts include limited access to AI-assisted features.
