Gomocha Reviews & Product Details

Gomocha FSP is a field service management platform built for organizations running complex, asset-centric field operations — industrial manufacturing, industrial HVAC, utilities, oil and gas, and environmental services. Gomocha centralizes scheduling, dispatch, work order management, billing, inventory, compliance documentation, and customer communication in one system, and connects field execution directly to back-office ERP. Where Gomocha is different: A no-code Workflow Designer. Operations teams reconfigure job flows, forms, and inspection procedures themselves — without engineering tickets or vendor professional services. Industrial service work varies by asset class, contract type, and site; the platform is designed to be changed by the people running the work. A mobile app that works fully offline. Technicians retain complete asset history, documentation, and guided procedures inside mechanical rooms, plant floors, remote wellsites, and other low- or no-connectivity environments. Work syncs when the device reconnects. ERP integration as a guarantee, not a project. Deep native integration with AFAS Software, plus Microsoft ISV Partner status. Gomocha's Integrator component connects work order, billing, and inventory data to existing back-office systems rather than replacing them. Deployment on your terms. Available as SaaS or on-premises, with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CDPA compliance — relevant for operators working across both US and European regulatory environments. Common use cases: Replacing paper-based inspections and compliance documentation with structured digital forms Moving from manual dispatch and spreadsheet scheduling to a live planboard with route and planning optimization Managing preventive maintenance contracts across large installed equipment bases Giving technicians complete asset service history at the point of work, offline Connecting field work orders to ERP for billing and inventory without duplicate entry Who it's for: Operations Directors, Field Service Managers, and IT leaders at organizations with 20 or more field technicians, typically moving off paper, spreadsheets, or disconnected legacy systems — or off an enterprise FSM platform that proved too slow and too generic for industrial workflows. Gomocha is available in three tiers (Professional, Advanced, Enterprise), so operators can start in the field and expand into planning and back-office capability without a rip-and-replace.
