Golandie Reviews & Product Details

Golandie is job cost control software for landscaping and garden companies. It shows, while each job is still running, how much was budgeted, how much has been spent and what margin it will finish with — instead of finding out from the final invoice. Import your budget from Excel or BC3 (FIEBDC-3). Crews send daily reports from their phone through one link per job (no app, no login): task, hours, progress, photos and issues. Once a foreman validates them, hours and materials become real cost and Golandie recalculates the projected margin, forecast final cost and probable end date. Key features: dashboard with expected vs. projected margin for every job, automatic alerts on cost overruns and delays, S-curve and earned value (EVM) explained in plain language, unforeseen events and client changes logged with photo, cost and billable amount, an AI job assistant, WhatsApp alerts, and PDF/Excel reports. Teams with roles, multi-company accounts, available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Built for landscaping companies with 10–50 people running several jobs at once. 14-day free trial, no card required.
