GoFax Reviews & Product Details

GoFax is an Australian online fax and SMS service that lets organisations send and receive faxes and text messages without a fax machine or phone line. Since 2010, it has helped government, healthcare, legal, finance and small business teams keep faxing as the NBN replaced traditional phone lines. Send and receive faxes by email, the secure web portal, the GoFax app, a print driver or the API. Keep your existing fax number by porting it to GoFax, or choose a new number in any Australian state, including 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers. SMS features include two-way messaging, bulk broadcasts and email to SMS. Larger organisations can manage users, departments and billing from one admin console. Resellers can offer the service under their own brand. GoFax is 100% Australian owned, with a local sales and support team, clear pricing and no contracts. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, PaperCut and ReferralNet.
