My colleagues also provided great feedback regarding the availability of wages in real time. Due to the availability of salary at any time, my colleagues are happy and ensure employee retention. **What do you dislike about GoDo?** I did face quite a delay in getting the funds transferred to my account, almost 6 hours. My colleagues also mentioned it took 24 hours for a few of them for the funds to show up. **What problems is GoDo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first issue solved by GoDo is providing access to employees to their early finances as many emplyess have various commitments.
