Anytime I have an issue (which is actually rather frequently), I can either call or chat with a representative. The chat feature is my favorite feature, very easy to open in a new window and work on something else while waiting for support. Very quick issue resolution. **What do you dislike about GoDaddy WordPress Hosting?** Someones the hosting platform has issues. There seems to be an issue all the time regarding WordPress plugin compatibility or theme updates. Sometimes, the site will be in maintenance mode for a while and the support has to reset something on the back-end. **Recommendations to others considering GoDaddy WordPress Hosting:** Great product- don't hesitate to ask support any questions about issues. They are fantastic. Use the chat feature. **What problems is GoDaddy WordPress Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is such a simple platform- everything is in one place and issues are very easy to resolve.
