Every plan includes the automated contract lifecycle with renewals and full history, tasks and milestones with hours, the client portal, documents and folders, invoice tracking with a billing schedule, billing reminders and overdue alerts, a connection for AI assistants (MCP), and a download of all your data at any time.
Free: $0, with no time limit and no credit card. 2 team users, 10 active contracts, 1 GB of storage and 500 AI assistant calls a month.
Silver: $34 a month, or $340 a year. 10 team users, unlimited active contracts, 10 GB of storage, 10,000 AI assistant calls a month, the REST API and invoice export to QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Gold: $79 a month, or $790 a year. Everything in Silver, with 30 team users, 50 GB of storage, 100,000 AI assistant calls a month, Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and priority support.
Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the billing period. Prices exclude VAT and are charged in the customer's own currency where available.
