There is poor subdomain support - you can't easily stop the widgets loading on a subdomain like blog.*

The Zapier integration only works if setup via the GSC website, not the Zapier website.

Finally, and most disappointing, is the support service. There is a good response time but I am consistently told they're unable to help. There is always a sense they are doing the minimum they can when offering support.
