GetHelpdesk.AI Reviews & Product Details

GetHelpdesk.AI is an AI Receptionist for dental practices, supporting inbound calls, a web chatbot, SMS, and outbound calling. Teams can use it after hours, when staff are busy, or as the first response for incoming calls. Outbound calls support appointment reminders and confirmations, while web chat and SMS provide additional ways to communicate with patients. The software checks appointment availability and applies the practice's scheduling rules, including provider and operatory requirements. Supported integrations include Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and iDentalSoft. Available actions depend on the connected system and practice configuration. Dental teams can review call transcripts and activity in a dashboard to understand the conversation and identify follow-up needs. Configured transfer and message workflows give callers a path to the practice team when human attention is needed. A 30-day free trial is available; there is no permanent free plan. Single-practice pricing starts at $399 per month, billed month to month with no lock-in or annual commitment required, and includes up to 600 inbound calls per month. Custom pricing is available for multiple locations and higher call volumes.
