Get WorkGear Reviews & Product Details

Get WorkGear is an automated SaaS platform engineered to eliminate spreadsheets and streamline corporate apparel, uniform, and PPE allocations for complex, multi-site, and high-turnover workforces. Built to bridge the gap between enterprises, their employees, and uniform suppliers, the platform automates the entire apparel logistics lifecycle from onboarding to delivery. With Get WorkGear, companies across industries like construction, health care, logistics, transport, childcare, mining, hospitality and manufacturing can launch private, co-branded ordering portals for their staff. The software's powerful backend business logic takes the headache out of complex apparel tracking by ensuring the right gear always gets to the right person. Key Features & Capabilities: • Smart Role-Based Allowances: Set strict allocation rules based on an employee’s job description. Restrict orders by a precise item count (e.g., 3 high-vis shirts per year) or a specific dollar value budget. • Automated Onboarding & Resets: New hires instantly receive a secure link to order their initial kit. System allocations automatically refresh based on custom intervals (e.g., every 12 months or on a specific calendar date). • White-Label Client Portals: Create custom subdomains featuring client-specific branding, checkout rules, and localized branch pick-up logistics. • Granular Financial Controls: Lock down corporate spending thresholds, mandate purchase order codes at checkout, and prevent over-ordering or double-ups before orders hit suppliers. • Flexible Employee Purchasing: Allow staff to securely input personal payment details if they wish to purchase additional gear beyond their company-allocated allowance. By decentralizing data entry to the end-user while retaining global administrative control, Get WorkGear slashes uniform procurement admin time by up to 80%, eliminates sizing errors, and guarantees field teams are compliant and day-one ready.
