Gestify Reviews & Product Details

Gestify is a cloud-based management software built specifically for electrical and plumbing/HVAC installation companies. It brings job-site reporting, scheduling, project costing, quoting and invoicing together in one platform you can use from the office or directly on site via the mobile app. From a single dashboard you can plan your team, create digital work reports, schedule one-off and recurring maintenance, and track labor and material costs in real time to monitor the profitability of every job. Gestify integrates the METEL and IdroLab price lists, updated automatically every month, so quotes and orders always reflect current pricing, and it can import suppliers' delivery notes and invoices to keep your data in sync. Fully cloud-based, it removes the hassle of manual updates, backups and price-list maintenance, and includes integrated electronic invoicing.
