GeoWise Reviews & Product Details

GeoWise provides an AI receptionist for field service businesses, including cleaning, mobile car wash, HVAC, maintenance and home healthcare. GeoWise's proprietary machine-learning model tailors appointment slots to each customer’s location and job requirements, using service zones, staff skills and availability, existing bookings and technicians’ travel paths. It assigns the right team and applies your pricing rules instantly, at the point of booking. Two customers requesting the same service can see different appointment options because their addresses fit different routes. Customers describe the job, share their location, receive a price and choose a time—all in WhatsApp. GeoWise replaces callbacks, calendar checks and manual coordination with confirmed bookings, 24/7, helping capture enquiries, reduce driving and free dispatchers to handle exceptions. GeoWise’s core distinction from Meta AI, WhatsApp bots and generic scheduling tools is the location-based booking engine behind the conversation. It can complement broader FSM platforms such as Jobber and ServiceTitan, shaping routes before jobs are confirmed. Connect your WhatsApp number, add services, prices and zones, and train the AI in plain language. Human takeover is available at any time. WhatsApp, website booking and AI phone agents share the same scheduling engine. The Live Map View shows staff locations, job progress and ETAs. Jobs and assignment changes reach the field staff app, while staff location and status updates feed back to dispatchers. Use GeoWise as a booking and dispatch platform or integrate its scheduling engine with websites, calendars, CRMs, FSM software and AI agents through APIs, webhooks and MCP.
