It can complement broader FSM platforms such as Jobber and ServiceTitan, shaping routes before jobs are confirmed. Connect your WhatsApp number, add services, prices and zones, and train the AI in plain language. Human takeover is available at any time. WhatsApp, website booking and AI phone agents share the same scheduling engine. The Live Map View shows staff locations, job progress and ETAs. Jobs and assignment changes reach the field staff app, while staff location and status updates feed back to dispatchers.
