**What do you like best about GeekSupport?**

Most helpful is speedy response and problem solving skills.  Love the great attitude as well.

**What do you dislike about GeekSupport?**

I don’t have any dislikes. We’ve been using them for a year and haven’t had any real problems. Any minor hiccups are solved right away by Geek Support management.

**Recommendations to others considering GeekSupport:**

If you are a remote team, like us,  and prefer on-shore support, I highly recommend Geek Support.

**What problems is GeekSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re a small remote consulting firm with 33 employees, and we had a lot of trouble finding an IT group that could truly support us remotely. Too many providers wanted to set up a server in a traditional office environment, which didn’t fit how we work. We also struggled to find an affordable provider that used in-house, on-shore tech support.

After trying another group that didn’t work out, we interviewed five new firms and ultimately selected Geek Support. They’ve been great. Our founders and consultants are very happy with their fast response times, strong IT knowledge, and genuine desire to help.

I use Geek Support for IT support and appreciate their help with everything from minor email glitches to major issues like a total email breakdown. They saved our business during a critical time and help us avoid spending extra time on small problems. One of the best things about Geek Support is that they're 100% committed to being a quality extension of our business, truly treating us as part of the same team. It's clear that each team member genuinely cares about helping. They have a vast knowledge of various IT aspects and are always willing to figure it out if they don't know something. Their commitment to customer service is another standout quality.

We were fortunate to find Geek Support when our previous IT provider unexpectedly stopped servicing us. Geek Support stepped in immediately and provided the reliable, responsive support we needed without interruption.

Geek Support is a well-run organization with clearly established systems and procedures. Their technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and they follow through on every request.

Their practical, creative solutions have saved us both time and money. We are extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend Geek Support to any organization seeking dependable IT support.

The team at Geek Support! Their knowledge and service is exceptional! When you call them there is no dumb question where they are concerned. They are always courteous, patient and go above and beyond to solve any problem regardless how big or small.

**What do you dislike about GeekSupport?**

The only downside is that I can not reach them on the weekend, but that is probably a good thing. It forces me to take the weekend and have a healthy work, life balance. :-)

For years I tried to wear all of the hats in our company. If you knew me this is laughable. I am not tech savvy at all, but more than others in our company. I was being asked to fixed problems that were beyond my scope of expertise, let alone comprehend. So, I did the smartest thing ever and found Geek Support. Matt contacted me immediately and confidentally explained their service, the benefit of working with this american based company and the benefit of working with their highly skilled 4 man team. I was instantly sold and it has been a beautiful relationship ever since. Within days, the team on-boarded our staff members and we were up and running. We call them for the simplest of things to much more complicated issues (complicated to me, lol!). Nevertheless, the Geek Squad is always eager to help us with any situation that arises.

They are helping us in many areas, but at the present they are digitally organizing us!  As a company we are in need of everything being in one place. So, the Geek Support team is tackling this head on and migrating everything to Sharepoint for us. Exciting times for our company!

Customer Service was great and they were easy to work with!

None... there is nothing to dislike about them. Maybe cost was a little up there, but well worth it!

**What problems is GeekSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GeekSupport did such an awesome job! Literally only took them 1.5 business days to complete the email migration for me. It would have been faster, but I missed a few emails that held it up lol. But amazing service and got me off the blacklists as well. We are runnning smooth again!

The GeekSupport team was up an supporting our porduct line within 2 weeks. The team of support techs are professional but also compassionate  for customers and there circumstances.

I have not experienced a down side of using Geek Support.

I would highly recommend meeting with the company and discussing your needs. They are best at providing solutions and standing behind their promises.

Geek Support was available to support my company's  smart devices with incredible efficiency and limited training. GeekSupport is great with all customers technically inclined and those that need more time.

They were so friendly and responsive, I had a unique ask and Matt who I spoke to mentioned he needed to chat internally, he called me back within the half hour and was able to address my needs right then! They're pricing is fair and they did the job correctly/fixed what I needed.

Geek Support is literally our IT department. As a small business we depend on having a reliable IT team that can be reached when we need them. 
They initially had to come in person to set us up, and now when we have a question, they log in remotely to check it out which makes it fast and easy for us.

I like the fact that they are available they're online chat by phone or by email in case anything or any issues come into play or action while online if I feel like I have any questions that I want to ask or inquire about I just curious about I can always email them or simply get in the chat when I go on the website I also like the secure and smooth support and customer satisfaction that they give and it's good for my Chromebook whenever she misses something or I'm not sure contact The Geek Squad just to make sure I like that and they're very nice and understanding and willing to work with me!!

They're very expensive even though the prices are supposed to be fair it still can be a little pocket costly if you're on a budget like myself,lolls.

I will save you considering the geek support don't second guess yourself if you can afford it go for it it won't hurt and it's very worth it it's the Geeks quiet if you have any issues with your computers Windows or Chromebook MacBook they are located inside of Best Buy if you can't get to your local Best Buy there are many various ways to get in touch with them if you have any issues problems concerns or security VPN configurations in a Securities and things of that nature!!!!  Those Geeks have your back,lol

**What problems is GeekSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Geek support is solving your security system issues such as detections removal of viruses prevent your maintenance VPN configurations for employees who either work at home or in the office to make sure they stay connected productive and secure during and while working on the internet. They're benefiting me they are available when I need them is it right from or by email they are also available for online chat support services and I love that they a great support team for the elimination of viruses spyware malware security they're very strong on security and everything runs smoothly when speaking with them and dealing with them they are really cutting the edge and there's no contract you have to Tied down to gain their Great,Secure,"Available when you need them!!" support services and that's beneficial to me!!
