I liked it's intuitive interface - it has been designed for people who are not Devops expert but still need to manage complex salesforce environment. Gearset excels at simplifying the backup process. It also makes it very straightforward to connect to any Git-based repository, which greatly streamlines branch protection and management. Gearset provides a fairly comprehensive suite of tools for processing Salefsorce metadata. We especially like that it can handle CPQ data/metadata. Their pipeline feature, while still somewhat new, is impressive and was quickly adopted by our teams. What's very impressive is the responsiveness and engagement from their team regarding feature requests, problems, etc. I've had direct, live, and very helpful conversations that I've rarely seen from other companies. First up, admittedly I'm a fanboi. Gearset makes it far easier to keep things clear and straight when moving from one environment to another. This helpful especially when you need to turn something around fast.

Rolling back deployments is a win, too.

Being able to integrate with Git repos and create your own devops process, including CI/CD is amazing.

Incredibly intuitive interface to stage your deployment, the pre-deployment assessments are very helpful. I will never go back to deploying components via Salesforce change sets again.
