Had the service "managed DNS" since July 2024. Just left.

Uptimes, and its slow. I chose this because of a 3rd party speed test but in reality CF beats the pants off it. I wanted to host it somewhere besides cloudflare and it seemed to have a lot of features and I could flatten cnames for netlify.

Finally left as many sites were down as well as my MS email on several domains. Yes, they have a healthcheck but it doesnt swap over the NS to a better DNS provider it just puts you over to another one of their servers. Had a support ticket for several domain outtages for over 8 hours- BEFORE they think to esclate it. Customer service is not existant if they say things are working and many 3rd party service screenshots later they finally capitulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am involved in building websites with WEBZIE.com technology with the highest performance and loading times in the world. Therefore I was looking for features such as fast loading times , GEO IP, ANYCAST use of VANITY DNS, and more - and GCORE havew all of them.

G-Core has a super convenient and straightforward interface, including easy API. Moreover, the price is reasonable and affordable. I have been using G-CORE for over a year, and the product and service are very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. no easy downloading of invoices, you need to search mails and print text emails instead of download a pdf invoice download from admin panel.

2. Their admin panel is a bit slow I find myself waiting for loading.

2. login is a bit annoying with multiple steps to login (i.e. you need to choose service first during login) instead of a simple login like any other company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GCore has a lovely global network with low latency anycasting for quick authoritative DNS responses and good compatibility for geo-routing and load-balancing requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't particularly appreciate how they don't have support for free accounts, it's ridiculous because I need to make tickets on my paid accounts when I have issues since they can't be bothered to help free customers even when its an issue with their end that we're trying to bring to their attention but they immediately close the ticket.
