Gatsby Events Software Reviews & Product Details

Gatsby is event management software built for teams running 10 to 100+ events a year where guest relationships drive the business. Customers include venture capital firms, private equity firms, law firms, executive membership organizations, and B2B field marketing teams at companies like General Catalyst, Lightspeed, IVP, 8VC, Pear VC, and Perplexity. Over 6,500 events ran on Gatsby in 2025. Unlike conference platforms built for one-off events with thousands of unknown attendees, Gatsby is built for recurring, intimate events where the ops team already knows who's coming, and the guest data needs to live somewhere durable. It replaces the typical patchwork of Mailchimp invites, Google Forms registration, Excel guest lists, PowerPoint seating charts, and manual CRM updates that most relationship-driven teams cobble together.
