"Stable, robust, and secure WiFi connection"

What do you like best about Galgus?

Thanks to the impeccable work done by Galgus and the implementation of a total of 201 WiFi access points in the hotel with Cognitive Hotspot Technology (CHT), we have achieved the best WiFi rating, reaching a score of 8.7 in the satisfaction index from our guests and clients in the WiFi rating on Booking.

Specifically, they installed 201 APs (171 indoor and 30 outdoor) to cover 295 rooms, 7 suites, 2 pools, 4 bars and restaurants, lounges and common areas, as well as a huge conference area (more than 2000 square meters) where we host over 100 events a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Galgus?

We cannot find a single fault with the service received from this company.

Thanks to their work, we have moved from a WiFi technology with a rather improvable quality of service, which caused numerous complaints from both guests and organizers and participants in events, congresses, and conferences, to having the highest rating given by clients staying in major hotels in Seville. Towns and rural areas often have difficulties accessing advanced technology and reliable internet connections, which contributes to the digital divide. Wi-Fi4EU is a program launched by the European Commission that provides support and assistance to local governments to establish Wi-Fi networks in their communities.

Galgus solved the problems I had with finding a quality WiFi network in an area far from the city, and previously with other WiFi providers, I always had issues with network dropouts and after-sales service. When we switched to Galgus, everything changed. They installed the premium APs for a really attractive price, they installed all the APs, and now my WiFi network works phenomenally.
