"Intuitive, fast, AI-enabled — great onboarding, but cancellation & check-in need improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

it's easy to search for team members that are booked for the day I am looking at. the interface is easy to use and it works quickly for me. onboarding is straightforward and I was able to get it to work within minutes. the tool is well integrated with everyone in the company to use. AI help is also available for people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

it is difficult to cancel your booking as you need to click into your existing booking to remove, which is not straightforward. it also requires you to check in or your table would be cancelled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless office desk mapping and easy last-minute switching in Gable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I like how Gable maps the office floor plan clearly, table by table, and lets me switch between desks easily, even at the last minute. Overall, it’s been a great user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Overall, it’s a great tool, and there isn’t much I dislike about it. That said, I do have a wish list for what it could do next—for example, integrating with our internal food-ordering system. It would be amazing if the tool could see where I’ve booked my desk and then flag that location for other food-ordering tools, so they know where to deliver (assuming those tools support that feature). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Igor. Great to hear the floor plan view, easy desk switching, and overall experience are giving you peace of mind as your office scales.

On integrating with internal food-ordering tools so deliveries get triggered and routed to your booked location, great idea, and a smart way to make hybrid days even more seamless. We'll explore as we expand our integration ecosystem.

"Amazing Support Team and a Convenient All-in-One Workspace Dashboard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

The Gable team—from support (Kelley P) to our account rep (Demian), backend teams with (Itamar and Madeline) and of course Liza and her team—has been amazing to work with. They’ve taken the time to understand our needs as an organization.

The on-demand feature, events support, and Gable HQ being available in one dashboard makes it convenient for our team to seamlessly select a space of their choice.

Most of all, the Gable team has been very nimble and a great partner to us over the years. I’m excited for more opportunities ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

We look forward to seeing how AI will be integrated into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI Makes Desk Booking Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I use Gable to book desks. My company has a decent sized office, but we have a few too many employees, so we stagger our days and we don't have dedicated desks. It makes it really easy for me to just go in, book my desk for the day, and make sure I always have a spot to land. I'm able to book in advance if I want, and it's also helpful for booking meeting rooms. I think the UI is really nice and easy to interact with for the most part. I like the neighborhoods and the ability it has to section out and make it really easy to understand where in my office I'm able to be, especially considering we have changed our neighborhoods a couple times, so it just makes it quick and easy to use. When we moved our neighborhood from one area to a new area, it was super easy for me to understand where I was supposed to be, and because the UI is so simple, I was able to easily click my new neighborhood and book my desk very fast. I like the integration with Slack and the ease of use to check in for my desk for the day. I also like that I can easily click and view other offices that my company has around the world to see what those offices look like and easily book a space if I was traveling. The UI is the most useful piece just because it's simple and effective. I don't really interact with it super often, so when I do, I want it to be quick and easy. What do you dislike about Gable?

When I go to try and click and book multiple desks, I think it could be a little bit better. Whenever I click to book multiple desks, just sometimes it'll say I've already booked them once I click book, and it'll gray them out instead of more giving me, like, a nice confirmation. It makes it almost seem like the booking didn't actually go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Seat Booking, Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I like that Gable is a very interactive tool where I get to pick the exact seat I want to sit on. Getting seats assigned when I'm in the office is useful since we have limited seats and it's first come, first served, so using Gable to pick my seat is very intuitive. It also helps me pick meeting rooms once I have a meeting, and on a quick turnaround basis. It's relatively easy to use, and the seat selection flow is what makes it easy for me. It's just very easy to look at and easy to understand. I use it with my calendar. The initial setup was super easy. It's a great software and pretty good all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

{"It's a little bit tricky since our office has multiple locations.","It limits me to reserving seats a few weeks before, and that could be annoying.","I said the seat-reservation timing \"could be controlled by admin,\" which suggests I can't change it myself."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Space Booking with Clear Admin Oversight"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

The interface/UI for space booking is simple and intuitive, and it takes very little time to book a space. As an admin, I can see everything on one screen, including all bookings and the financial numbers. I don’t have to jump between different screens just to analyze the data, which makes the overall experience much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

I’ve noticed faster performance in certain workflows, although it can sometimes take a few extra steps to find the ideal space based on specific preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the review, Ram. Awesome to hear the booking experience feels fast and intuitive, and that the admin view is doing what it's supposed to: giving you bookings + financials in one place without bouncing between screens. That single-pane visibility is exactly what we're going for.

Also love hearing that Gable's helping reduce the friction around hybrid coordination and workspace planning, that's the core problem we're trying to solve, so it means a lot to see it landing.

On the search side, fair point. Making it easier to surface the right space based on specific preferences is something we're actively working on, expect smarter filters and a faster path to the ideal booking soon. Thanks again for the feedback!

"Flexible, Easy Self-Booking That Boosts Team Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

Gable has given our team a lot of flexibility across multiple countries and for our different teams. The interface is easy to use and empowers team members to book for themselves, which has helped improve performance for several employees. We’ve also seen cost savings through direct bookings with co-working spaces we’ve used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Some partners offer only limited options for booking in advance. I also think there are additional opportunities to provide employees with more support at the beginning of their onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Desk Booking That Keeps Our Hybrid Office Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

What I like best about Gable is how simple and intuitive it is for employees to book a desk. People can quickly see which desks are available and reserve one in just a few clicks, which makes it really easy to manage hot desking in a hybrid workplace. It’s also been great for giving us clear visibility of who’s coming into the office on different days, which helps with planning and makes the office feel more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike, but there are a few small areas where the platform could improve. From time to time, it would be helpful to have more customization options—particularly for things like desk layouts or reporting—especially as teams grow and office usage becomes more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Itamar Orgad of Gable

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Craig. Great to hear Gable is making hot desking easy at your London HQ and giving you clear visibility into who's in the office.

On more customization for desk layouts and reporting, fair call, as teams and office usage grow more complex, flexibility matters more. Expanding both admin configurability and reporting depth is on our radar. Would love to hear specifics on where you'd want more control, feel free to drop me a line at itamar@gable.to

"Simple and Efficient Desk Booking, Needs Calendar Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Gable?

I really like Gable because it's easy to use. I can quickly see what desks and rooms are available, which is super convenient for planning my office days. I also find the automatic check-in feature really nice; when I scan my badge, the Gable app updates immediately. The initial setup was very easy too—I just signed up through my SSO and that was it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

I think it would be nice if this was integrated in my Google Calendar. It does feel like a separate step because I do have the days of the week that I'm in the office on my Google Calendar as well. Would be nice if the interface for Gable could be set up through Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Co-Working Spaces in One Place—Fast Booking, Easy Check-Ins, Better Team Connection"
5/5
What do you like best about Gable?

All co-working spaces in one place, helps save time on finding necessary info on their website, booking a daily pass/room, or checking-in. I love to see where my colleagues are working from, so that we can connect easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

I haven’t really found any major issues so far. One co-working space had a slightly difficult check-in experience: they expected a code from an email, but I didn’t receive it from Gable. That said, it was probably an issue on the co-working side.

I’d also love to see an instant view of how many phone booths are available in each co-working space. That would be useful because several of us can have meetings at the same time, and it would make it much easier to plan the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
