It’s a nice tool for booking your desk at the office. You can also check who’s coming in, which makes planning a bit easier.

Sometimes the check-in process can be a bit of a hassle, because you have to wait for the email, confirm it, and complete everything within a limited time window.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Using Gabel gives me a clear overview of floor plans and moving employees from one location to another, and this can all be done very quickly and easily. 
Sending group invites for local and external events is also made as simple as possible for users.
I also like the Gabel platform because of the colours used in its design, which make it feel much more lively and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The process of adding group invites to a local group of employees regarding events could be improved.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable helps me manage office logistics more efficiently, especially floor plans, employee seating, and relocations between locations. It also simplifies event coordination through easy group invites. Overall, it saves time and reduces manual administrative work.

Always met with a smile on arrival. Staff very friendly and always on hand if you need anything. Booking system is very easy to use and the facilities are great.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I find the interface very easy to use, which makes booking with just a few clicks effortless. There's lots of choice, and I really enjoy exploring with the interactive map. The staff are always really useful, being very proactive and helpful whenever I have an issue with support.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I find the Gable app can be a bit buggy at times, and I haven't actually been able to use it for a while, but the desktop version's great.

Gable gives me flexibility and freedom to choose a wide variety of coworkers across the city or even nationally and internationally, helping me to co-work and meet up with colleagues in different places.

What stands out to me is how easy it is to use, whether I'm uploading photos, navigating through the interface, or accessing training features.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The printer does not perform well, as the photo quality is poor when printing a picture of someone checking in. Additionally, there is no option for visitors to sign out, which is inconvenient. On Slack, you can view all bookings, but it would be better if you could see only the bookings for your own establishment.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have reported all the issues we are experiencing, and I have been informed that they are either being addressed or are in the process of being resolved.

I appreciate Gable's centralized platform and billing experience. It integrates well with Okta, making it useful for booking office space for day use and team offsites.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The booking process can have hiccups - you sometimes book a space and don't hear about the space being confirmed, or access instructions can be out of date. They don't always have a ton of options in what would otherwise be popular locations (Silicon Valley for example).

Gable solves our need for physical office space with a platform providing centralized billing, making it easier to organize team meetings and offsites.

I think Gable is great because it allows me to book seats in coworking spaces in my city in a simple and reliable way. It's an easy way for my company and I to book coworking spaces as a remote worker. The UI is easy to use and the service is reliable. The search and booking process are nice, and the initial setup was very smooth.

An intuitive, user-friendly app that makes desk booking effortless. The standout feature is their superb customer support—the Gable team is consistently available and quick to resolve any questions my team or I have. A great experience overall.

Sometimes we experience some friction regarding the lag time between requesting a meeting room and receiving host approval. This delay can be frustrating; if a request is denied, employees are left scrambling to find an alternative venue on short notice. While the Gable support team is excellent at assisting during these moments, the uncertainty still creates unnecessary stress. We are looking forward to the rollout of more instantly bookable rooms, which we hope will resolve this issue soon.

I like that most of the spaces reserved through Gable are cozy.

They only accept English-speaking facilities. In Japan, regardless of whether the receptionists can speak English, many have registration forms or procedures that should be done in Japanese, which Gable teams cannot do. This limits available spaces in Gable in JP.

Gable helps us reserve workplaces when our office doesn't have enough seats.

the Gable offices and shared space are quite good. I have found that several of the locations now have external monitors.  Having a second monitor (in addition to my laptop) makes work so much better.

I find the website very difficult to navigate. It's difficult to find what I need, and it's unclear how to get to the map of desks so I can select a desk to book. I click on "explore Gable spaces" which I would think would take you to the map of desks, but it doesn't, it takes you to a map of Chicago with Gable locations. It's just not a very intuitive interface and I'm never sure where I should click to get to what I need.

I suppose it's helping our office solve the problem of not being able to book desks.

I love how flexible Gable is. We used to only have WeWork, but it's nice that we have access to other co-working spaces that are closer to where I want to be on any given day.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I think the website could be more user-friendly. I am often looking for spaces that are close to a specific address- i.e I want to work close to a friend's office, or near my Doctor's office because I have an appointment that afternoon. I don't like that I have to scroll around and guess the location, and find it hard to find the addresss.

Our company does not have a dedicated office space, so Gable allows us to go into offices, either for a change of scenery or to collaborate live.

For some time meeting room bookings were enabled, which conflicted with Google calendar and removed meetings, this was later fixed. Also bookings were removed when not checked-in on time, and the check-in deadline was off our timezone (at 6 am), but this was also fixed. There are no coworking site partner in all three Baltic states.

After I book a desk I can be sure it will be available for me. This can be used for either having a stable workplace in the office or trying different spots.

There is a great number of features that suit our specific needs, and the team are willing to take on feedback on areas that we would like to tailor to out many offices.
We use this platform daily in many of our offices and have had great feedback from all.

Gable is an easy-to-use product that fills an important need for our company, allowing employees far from our office locations to meet in person with customers and each other. The platform is user-friendly and the Gable team are always delights to work with!

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

As an administrator, it would be great if Gable had more robust/detailed reporting tools. They've already come a long way since we first began working with them, but I'd love to have the ability to export reports to share them with our finance folks. It would also be great to be able to expand the departmental information in the bottom of the booking and budget reports so that you can see more detail in one list, instead of clicking on individual data points on the graph.

We have a large number of remote employees and leverage Gable to allow them to schedule in-person meetings with each other and occasionally customers even though they are not close to one of our office locations.
