**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for reserving a desk to work in my office. Gable makes it easy to find availability and reserve a desk. It is quick and intuitive to use, which means I don't need to spend a lot of time reserving my desk, allowing me to get back to value-added effort. The initial setup of Gable was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wish the mobile web experience was more optimized (not the app). Since Gable isn't optimized for mobile web it is clunky to use in a mobile browser. I prefer using websites when possible vs. installing apps.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable makes it easy to find availability and reserve a desk, being quick and intuitive to use. It saves me time reserving a desk, allowing me to focus on more valuable efforts.

On the mobile web experience, fair call, the gap between app and mobile web is real. Optimizing the mobile web flow is on our radar, totally hear the preference for not installing another app.

In the meantime, does your company use Slack? If so, you can book directly from Slack via our integration, might be a smoother on-the-go option than mobile web. Happy to point you to the setup if helpful.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I find Gable to be a valuable addition to our tech stack at New Relic. I use it to manage workspaces for team members, coordinating office access and streamlining workspace logistics. I like its ease of use, time savings, and flexibility, and appreciate how it offers convenience, reliability, and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I don't like the search and filter limitations, which can be frustrating. There are integration gaps that we face, which could definitely be improved. Sometimes, the customer support responsiveness can be lacking. Also, it's limited in smaller markets, and the experience can vary based on location. It would be great if there were more advanced filters available.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to manage workspaces, coordinate office access, and streamline logistics, solving fragmented booking and time-consuming logistics issues.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like its ease of use. I also appreciate that you can view photos online, so you can see the space you’re booking ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I haven’t had any issues with Gable. A while back, it was hard to find my company’s office in the app, but since then there’s been an update and now I can find it easily.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to book a desk at the office and see where everyone else is sitting. Once I’ve booked, it makes it much easier to go into the office and quickly find a place to sit. Having a slack integration also makes it much easier to confirm and book

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like Gable for its instant book feature, which is super helpful since I often decide to book an office on the same day, and Gable makes it easy to do so. The clean UI on the website is another aspect I appreciate. I also discovered a new feature where I can request to add new offices in other countries, something I'm curious to try while being in Kyrgyzstan. The initial setup of Gable was very easy for me.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love how Gable streamlines the entire experience for me, from booking to checking in and leaving a review, all in one place. I really find it useful to conveniently view spaces close to me and compare them based on amenities, locations, and ratings. It's great being able to check check-in instructions on my phone with their app, and sending out invites to my coworkers directly from their UI. The initial setup was quite easy too because we used SSO, so there wasn't much needed on my end.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wish they could expand their footprint by onboarding more coworking spaces to their platform - I live in a suburb area in LA metro and the closest space available is still a few cities away and requires 20min+ driving.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to conveniently view and compare coworking spaces nearby, streamline booking and check-in processes, access check-in instructions via the app, and send invites directly from their UI.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love the individual seat selection and the broad choices of co-working spaces in other cities. The contact information of the site manager when traveling is also helpful. The initial setup of Gable was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

To switch to a different available desk at my home office, Gable requires me to cancel my booking and rebook at the new desk. That's an extra step that is unnecessary if I wish to switch my desk assignment to another that is available. I also think that viewing my current reservations is not intuitive and isn't always easy to understand.

Gable ensures I have desk space at our home office on crowded days and offers options for a comfortable, quiet work environment while traveling.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I really like Gable because it makes it easy to find a cool space to work, which boosts my productivity and keeps things fresh with a wide variety of options. The network of spaces around New York City is great, and traveling is a breeze. Customer service has also been great. Finally, I appreciated how easy the initial setup was

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The booking experience is a little janky. The map looks nice, but feels like it's more form over function; it's hard to tell how other people feel about a space, book the same spaces every week, or compare spaces. It's also not clear why some spaces are booked immediately, and others require approval (or how long it takes).

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to book day passes to offices around New York City, making it easy to find cool spaces that boost my productivity and keep things exciting with a wide variety of options.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable to get out of my house and work among ambitious people, which boosts my motivation. It also gives me a change of scenery from being at home. I really like how it helps me network and meet new people. The login process and the website is well structured, allowing me to see where my teammates are and if they're booking nearby, which I find really cool. The platform does a good job of presenting options with the 'book now' feature, making it pretty user-friendly. Booking different offices is easy, as is finding things and filtering, making it an easy process overall.

I like being able to where everyone in the office is sitting on a map. This allows me to book spaces for my team to sit all together.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Can't think of anything I dislike about the platform. It would be even more effective if we could get 100% of those working in the office to use it to book their desks so that it is even more accurate, but that is not a Gable problem.

I can't change the logo to ours in the ipad reception app. 
I don't like the layout - its confusing and doesn't seem to remember my preferences. 
I feel like the layout doesn't make logical sense. I can never remember wher I need to go to navigate for basic functions. It should be available from the first page.

People can book desks and people can sign in guests.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like how easy it was to set up Gable for our employees and how it was easy to configure and implement the limits defined in our policy. The analytics and reports available in the tool are valuable for keeping track of usage by our employees. It also reduces the administrative workload by providing an efficient way for our employees to book a working space as needed. The built-in connectors made the integration for SSO and HRIS quite easy, and it was also easy to configure the policies defined internally in our guidelines.

I use Gable internationally to reduce administrative workload by enabling employees to book workspaces easily and track budgets. It's easy to set up and provides valuable analytics and reports for monitoring usage.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable to co-work with my colleagues at Typeform, a fully remote company. It gives us the choice to have the best of both worlds, allowing us to co-work locally and globally. Compared to our last shared workspace provider, Gable offers a superior UI and UX experience via the app, making it easier for us to choose spaces. The app's selection aligns well with where Typeformers like to work, featuring a good mix of corporate and cool spaces. Additionally, Gable's mobile app makes it easier to see where our colleagues are working and make selections, unlike our previous provider, which had a poor non-native mobile app. The initial setup of Gable was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I think there could be more selection of smaller, niche places, or more visibility into what happens when a new place is requested.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to co-work locally and globally, enjoying its better UI and UX for choosing spaces that Typeformers prefer. It makes it easy to see where colleagues are working, unlike our last provider's non-native mobile app.

Gable completely bridges the gap between managing physical corporate headquarters and providing global on-demand flexible workspaces in a single dashboard. Instead of forcing companies to choose between expensive long-term leases or patching together multiple point solutions, it serves as a unified workspace-as-a-service toolkit.

Lack of mobile app notifications for cancellations etc. Slack integration etc

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like how Gable makes it super easy and fast to book coworking spaces. It's really helpful that I can just click on an on-demand icon, and it pulls up available spaces nearby, making it quick to book a day pass. The rescheduling feature is super helpful because I can set it up for regular days like Tuesdays and Thursdays in my city, and also book on demand when I'm traveling. I can book multiple coworking spaces, which is better than being limited to a single option like WeWork. It's great how the Gable team was responsive when a local coworking space wasn't listed, and they got it added to the platform within a week, which I really appreciated. The app on my phone makes the process seamless, and being able to see my bookings and my team's is a great feature. Overall, the ease of booking with Gable is what I like the most.

Gable makes it super easy to book a variety of coworking spaces quickly, even on the go. I like booking multiple options beyond WeWork, and the app's fast on-demand feature is really convenient. It's simpler than Flex, helping streamline my remote work setup.

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Gable is super easy to use and I think the UI is awesome. I really appreciate how Gable has done a good job at establishing relationships with the places that offer space via the platform. This enables me to work in a productive environment, often surrounded by aerospace and cool tech companies, which is really cool. The platform is interactive and provides visibility into what's available in my area, which is especially helpful in a big city like Los Angeles. It gives me a wider view of options beyond just downtown. The positive reception from those who use it and the exposure to other companies and teams is something I also find cool.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wouldn't say much. I just think, regarding our relationship with Gable, we only have a small amount of credits because we're no longer a remote-first company. Other than that, I think it's awesome.

Gable helps me access a more productive environment and connect with other teams. It provides visibility of available spaces in Los Angeles, making it easier to find places beyond downtown.

It’s user-friendly and works as an all-in-one platform for scheduling, as well as event communication and coordination.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Anything that has an identifier can be booked. you cant turn off reservations without deleting the desk in the system. which makes modifying floorplans a pain.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at the moment. Most of the features weren’t compatible with our network gear, and we weren’t aware that specific network equipment and Cisco subscriptions were required. Also, through no fault of Gable, our Security department would not allow Microsoft integration.

I love that Gable shows me where my colleagues are coworking together so that we can collaborate in person. The ability to see spaces by map and rating make it easy to select the best option for my team!

I love the ease and availability of locations. I can can book an office or space anytime in the area I need the space for.

This isn’t Gable’s fault, but I don’t like that some of the offices I’ve been to have the “shared” workspace set up as a table in the break room. When the shared space is located in a busy part of the office, it doesn’t work for me, and I won’t be visiting those locations again.

Gable helps solve the “change of scenery” problem in my workday. I’m fully remote, and sometimes I just need to work in an office with other adults around. After staring at the same wall day after day, I start to feel bored, and Gable gives me an easy way to break up that routine.

It is a cloud based solution with functionality that allows team members to see who is working where withing a facility.  On a day to day basis, this feature is useful and easy to navigate.  Their customer support team is also extremely helpful.

There is opportunity for further development in the modification or adjustment of events already booked.  Even as an admin, you currently end up canceling and then rebooking which is time consuming.

We use gable to book a limited number of spaces and resources in one of our locations.  For this purpose it is a good solution for initial bookings and reviewing what resources remain available.

The search functionality works very well, and I particularly appreciate the map view. I also think they do an excellent job of vetting their coworking space partners - while I've had some spaces that were better than others, I've never had an objectively bad space.

The only issue I've had with Gable is that it would sometimes claim I was over my workspace budget and not allow me to book, even when I was not actually over budget. However, I think this may have been a configuration on our end, because it's been fixed after flagging this to my management.

I like the flexibility of being able to book any coworking space, whether in my location or when I'm traveling. I can use their coworking spaces without needing an account. It makes it easier, faster, and better to collaborate with coworkers while I'm on the road.

There are certain situations where I go to check in, and the person at the check-in isn't familiar with Gable. So there's a little confusion around that but that only happened one time.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable allows me to work in the city when I need to meet with customers or want a break from home, making it easier and faster to collaborate with coworkers while traveling.

Flexibility of different office spaces and sizes that meet my needs. I primarily work remote and this gives me the option to meet my team or have a change of scenery in my working environment.

I have no issues with Gable overall, but I’d really appreciate having the option to book more spaces that include a monitor or a proper workspace.

Gable has made it easy for me to work remotely all over Austin, depending on my location needs and meeting requirements. We’ve also used it to host a local employee get-together, and I’ve booked space multiple times on short notice when I needed a desk away from home.

Gable is sometimes unable to immediately make a next-day reservation late in the day, but they've always come through with the booking.

Gable enables me to arrange meeting spaces and remote work access conveniently from anywhere.

Limited access to location specific member benefits. Ex: Gable members cannot book rooms when at WeWork as we are technically guests not space members during the duration of our bookings.

Increased productivity. Networking opportunities. Change of scenery. Mental health benefits.
