Fykos Reviews & Product Details

Fykos is a revenue operating system that runs on top of the sales systems a company already has, without replacing its CRM. It watches CRM, inventory and service-history signals, prioritizes the opportunities that need attention using context and sales criteria, and executes outreach, qualification and follow-ups within defined rules. Situations outside the rules are routed to the responsible human, and every relevant event, action and failure is logged for analysis and audit. Built first for automotive dealerships in Brazil. A Dexi Digital product.
