"Fusion reporting capabilities are industry-leading, but platform configuration needs enhancement."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Once you have brought good data into Fusion, it's reporting capabilities are extremely strong. The system is able to anaylze data across various different components to produce meaningful reports that really allow you to assess your organization's level of resilience. Running reports in Fusion is very intuitive, and the system allows for dashboards to be built-out to more easily present your reports to varying audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

Fusion is a highly customizable platform, which we viewed as a positive initially. However, we quickly realized that Fusion does not offer much in the way of an out-of-box solution, meaning that we had to spend substainal time and money configuring our instance to be ready for end-user BIA and plan development. This involved configuring user profiles, user homepages, plan templates, system-generated notifications, etc, and we had to be very careful while doing all of this to ensure that what we were building would not interfere with system upgrades in the future. "A Convenient Comprehensive Risk Management tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

I've been developing mobile apps professionally for a while now, and I have to say, the Fusion Framework System is a really handy tool to have. The best thing about it if you ask me is that it's so customizable - I can tweak my programs every which way to match up with practically any changes that come down the pike. And looking into the future, that flexibility means whatever projects I'm working on now should still be relevant later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

now, it does have some downsides that I've run into. The learning curve on Fusion, especially for people new to these kinds of complex platforms is pretty steep. It takes a lot of effort to really harness all its advanced capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

There does not seem to be a way to make uploading plans from their current format as we have them and input that data into Fusion. This makes the front end work quite bulky for our properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Biana Perez of Fusion Risk Management

We're thrilled that you find the collaborative aspect of Fusion Framework System valuable. We understand the challenge with uploading plans and inputting data, and we are continuously working on enhancing the user experience to address such issues.

"Enterprise Risk Manager end user documentation."
5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

This is one of the main focal points of the Fusion Framework System; the modular design. This enables our organization to customize the tools and features on our end in regard to risk managment. It is very easy to navigate and report, the interface is intuitive. I particularly admire the manner in which it simplifies arduous tasks that would otherwise be overwhelming. What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

Nonetheless, the process of investing the initial time and resources required to effectively apply and uphold the Fusion Framework System can be overwhelming. That’s good because it is highly customizable, but it also made our implementers spend a lot of time configuring it to be exactly right for what we needed in risk management. "Complete Data, Actionable Plans using the Fusion Risk Management platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

In my over 20 years of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis/incident management program development and leadership, Fusion Risk Management is one of the most flexible platforms for building and connecting the data elements critical to useful plans. The platform allows for robust customization and alignment with industry standards. By being able to structure fields and data, it is easy for day-to-day users to provide important risk information without being bogged down with too many details. The reporting functionality, especially in the build-out of dynamic dashboards is one of the best ways to engage partners and “tell the story” about why planning is so important to the strategic direction of a company. This elevates the program objectives from the simple “I have a plan in the trunk of my car” to “I have a plan that helps me define, mitigate and reduce risk”. Partners, ranging from business prospects, regulators, auditors, and company management and employees can see the value of a program through reporting that speaks to their area of focus. With such a heavy focus now on operational resilience and the convergence of disciplines through data, Fusion is perfectly positioned to build an integrated set of data that services the objectives of all the risk families within a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?

The area where I see the most potential for enhancement is in partnering during implementation, with a heavy focus on data construction and integration. Unfortunately, many companies have understaffed programs. To truly use Fusion as “a member of the team” the structure of data is critical to success. This, of course, presents a bit of a quandary as the implementation team is there to deliver what the client needs. Perhaps more focus could be placed on partnering new implementors with mentor program owners in order to best harness the power a platform like Fusion brings to the table. "The best solution on the market for BCP"
5/5
What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?

Fusion has completely revolutionised the way we do BCP at my firm. It takes away any manual work using word or excel and provides a structured process, automation and a centralised system to store all our information. The reporting tool is particularly useful. We use it to quickly pull dependency and relationship reports during incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
