I also appreciate the clear visibility it provides into business dependencies; it helps teams understand how systems, suppliers, sites, and operations are interconnected, as well as where single points of failure or operational risks might exist. It allows us to customize the tool to our organization's specific needs without requiring extensive coding knowledge. As a low-code platform, it enables easy configuration tailored to organizational requirements. Another key feature is that it is built on the Salesforce platform, which supports integration and makes it an attractive choice for organizations already utilizing a Salesforce-based ecosystem that seek connected workflows and shared data.
