## Fusion Framework System Reviews
  ### 1. A Reliable Platform for BCM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GeraltOfEden Y. | Infosec analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The best aspect of the Fusion Framework System is that it consolidates various resilience and risk management capabilities—including business continuity, crisis and incident management, IT/security risk, and third-party risk—into a single, centralized platform.
I also appreciate the clear visibility it provides into business dependencies; it helps teams understand how systems, suppliers, sites, and operations are interconnected, as well as where single points of failure or operational risks might exist. It allows us to customize the tool to our organization's specific needs without requiring extensive coding knowledge. As a low-code platform, it enables easy configuration tailored to organizational requirements.

Another key feature is that it is built on the Salesforce platform, which supports integration and makes it an attractive choice for organizations already utilizing a Salesforce-based ecosystem that seek connected workflows and shared data.

Overall, the standout benefit is that it moves beyond static documentation, offering teams a more interactive, visual, and actionable way to assess risk, enhance resilience, and make better decisions during disruptions.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The main drawbacks are the learning curve, tricky permissions/security settings, and customization effort. I also dislike that new interface updates are not auto-enabled; customers must ask the AM/CSM and may pay extra for upgrades that should be standard software improvements.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System solved the challenge of conducting BIAs across the organization in a more structured and efficient way. Previously, we managed the process in Excel, which was manual and difficult to scale. After adopting this tool, the workflow became much easier, more streamlined, and improved our performance in conducting BIAs and collaborating with stakeholders.

  ### 2. Fusion as a True Source of Truth for People, Resources, and Plans

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I love the way Fusion has all of our data as it pertains to people, resources, plans, teams, applications, facilities all on one program, inter connected. It is truly a source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Sometimes, straying from the out of the box solution can lead to breaks in data and flows with any ad hoc changes

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Got us off of spreadsheets and got all our data in the same place and we can dynamically report off of the data.

  ### 3. Efficient Process Management with Continuous Improvements

**Reviewed by:** disha m.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I really appreciate the ease of views that the Fusion Framework System provides, which simplifies my ability to oversee and manage various processes. The introduction of new features and constant improvements enhance the system’s flexibility and allow me to leverage it for a diverse array of tasks, accommodating ever-changing requirements and the perpetual need for advancement. The ability to utilize these new capabilities significantly improves our processes. Additionally, the initial setup, although time-consuming, paved the way for smooth onboarding and training. The availability of numerous tutorials further simplifies mastering the capabilities of the system, ultimately making its adoption seamless.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I find some of the functionalities of the Fusion Framework System to be a bit slow to use initially.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fusion Framework System to manage processes, generate reports, and improve operational resilience, benefiting from a unified view, ease of management, and constant feature improvements.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

  ### 4. Robust Enterprise Resiliency with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** keith k. | IT Disaster Recovery Lead

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I appreciate how the Fusion Framework System integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, offering a robust platform that outperformed our previous considerations. The setup was straightforward, aided by an excellent support team providing consistent assistance. The AI-based Infusion Uploader significantly reduces manual labor by 30%, enhancing efficiency in creating business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, the connectors to ServiceNow, Workday HR, and SalesPoint iQ streamline data integration and improve identity management.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I find that the current exercise capability in the Fusion Framework System does not meet our requirements, especially when we conduct exercises for disaster recovery. It requires a lot of manual overhead to import legacy exercises, which is inefficient. Having the infusion AI uploader available for exercises would significantly improve processes by allowing us to bring those processes in without manually recreating them.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product connects departmental capabilities, ensuring seamless data integration and communication, which helps us prioritize tasks and identify gaps. It reduces manual labor by 30% using AI and facilitates identity management and data import from ServiceNow and Workday.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Keith, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the Fusion Framework System and features like inFusion are helping streamline your work. We also sincerely appreciate your honest input on exercise management. Feedback like yours helps guide our product improvements. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaywonn T. | Senior Business Resiliency | Disaster Recovery Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

It’s a fully integrated platform that makes the resiliency process easier for companies, allowing them to input data and execute their plans more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

It does take a bit of fine-tuning, along with some trial and error, to get the tool to where you need it to be.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would help integrate into our enterprise risk system that would help not only organize our business processes but would also allow us to identify critical application and assets for testing and managing risk

  ### 6. Fusion is an essential platform that enhances our ability to manage, update and access BRDR plans.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TINA B. | Information Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

What is most helpful is that the tool is a centralized repository for all BR/DR data/information and planning.
Also, The Guided Workflow (GWF) is a user friendly game changer tool for our end users which serves an Automated workflow for plan updates. GWF helps ensure all users follow the same process when updating their plans while reducing variability and errors and improving compliance.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I don’t have any dislikes at this juncture. Fusion is a comprehensive solution for organizations looking to mature their business resilience/business continuity and disaster recovery programs.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System solves the problem of fragmented and inconsistent business resilience/business continuity and disaster recovery documentation. Before Fusion, plans were stored in various formats and locations, making coordination and audits difficult. Now, Fusion provides a centralized, standardized, and version-controlled platform that ensures alignment across departments.

**Official Response from Biana Perez:**

> We're thrilled to hear that the Fusion Framework System has been such a valuable asset to your organization, particularly with its centralized repository and the user-friendly Guided Workflow tool. We appreciate your positive feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nakul M.

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I appreciate the extensive initial setup of the Fusion Framework System, which allowed for customization to meet our specific needs. The seamless integration with our systems is a significant advantage. I value its central role as a single tool for managing all enterprise resilience operations. The ability to integrate with other systems and send notifications using Alert Media is highly beneficial. The product team’s willingness to adapt and work according to our requirements is commendable. Furthermore, the regular new releases and enhanced capabilities make the product adaptable to changing market needs.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I would change the search functionality. It's not as insightful.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product serves as a single tool for managing enterprise resilience operations, integrating seamlessly with other systems and sending notifications, streamlining processes for efficiency.

  ### 8. Fusion Framework System Evaluation Report

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay Y. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

What I like best about the Fusion Framework System is its flexibility and configurability. It allows organizations to tailor risk and resilience processes according to their unique business needs without heavy customization or coding. The user interface is intuitive, and the integration capabilities across business continuity, risk management, and incident response provide a centralized, real-time view of organizational risk. The automation of workflows and robust reporting tools significantly enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

While the Fusion Framework System offers strong flexibility and integration features, one area that could be improved is its learning curve for new users. Due to the system’s extensive configurability, it can feel overwhelming at first without proper training. Additionally, some users have noted that advanced reporting or dashboard customization can require technical expertise or support from Fusion, rather than being fully self-service. Occasional performance lags during heavy data loads or complex workflows can also affect the user experience.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Fusion Framework System is solving the challenge of siloed risk and continuity management by centralizing key resilience functions—like business continuity, risk assessment, incident management, and ITDR—into a single, integrated platform.

This has benefited us in several ways:

Improved visibility and decision-making: With real-time data and dashboards, leadership can quickly assess risks and make informed decisions during disruptions.

Streamlined workflows: Automated tasks and notifications have reduced manual effort, increased consistency, and improved response times across teams.

Audit readiness and compliance: The system helps us maintain clear documentation and traceability, making regulatory audits smoother and less time-consuming.

Enhanced collaboration: Stakeholders across departments now work from the same data source, minimizing miscommunication and delays.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, Ajay! We’re glad to hear that the platform’s flexibility and integration are driving value for your organization. We appreciate the feedback on usability and reporting, and we’ll be sure to share it with the team. Thank you for being part of the Fusion community.

  ### 9. Versatile but Complex Business Continuity Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I like being able to connect incidents to business processes quickly using Fusion Framework System.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I don't like the learning curve for managing Fusion Framework System. It's challenging to have the right people trained quickly to manage it. The initial setup wasn't easy; it took some time to get everyone and everything established.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fusion Framework System to track incidents and connect them to Business Continuity planning.

  ### 10. Fusion Framework Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | BC and DR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I find a lot of value in the Guided Workflow (GWF). It eases the transition to creating a BIA in the tool.

The team that taught the Kickstarter program were knowledge, friendly and available.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

It's more expensive than other planning tools that I have looked at in the past.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous planning tool wasn;t meeting our needs, so Fusion is stepping in its place, because it is a more robust system, with many useful features and functions.

**Official Response from Biana Perez:**

> We're pleased that Fusion Framework is meeting your needs with our robust system and useful features. Thank you for choosing us!
