This becomes cumbersome to manage. Also, there is no documentation provided on the customization work, decisions why the customer wanted it a certain way and what fusion did to configure it, etc. In addition, when we built out our guided workflow, there were so many workflow errors, backend limitations that it became frustrating for both the end-user and the admins. We spent a ton of hours trying to fix it -- not efficient use of our time. It is customizable, easy to use, and everything connects together easily. The user interface allows for easy use of the system as well. Data loader makes implementing and integrating new data easy and there a lot of other custom API connections between systems if you are able to build it out within your environment. Customer support has never been an issue. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** While the Salesforce platform makes it easy to use, you are often bound by the limits of what Salesforce can or cannot do. Sometimes requested changes and customizations, or system enhancements cannot be performed because it is not able to be done within Salesforce. Depends on how much you would like to be displayed. Utilizing the Salesforce platform the system is able to manage data and provide insightful analysis and reporting. The systems is highly customizable and can be easily set up to meet the needs of any program, large or small for companies of any size. This includes those with complex organizational and operational structures. I appreciate the ability to make customizations on my own and the support that I receive from Fusion's online help and personnel. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** There isn't much to dislike about the system. If anything, it can be a bit overwhelming to understand the available options and make decisions about how to best utilize the system to meet the needs of your program and your organization. Fortunately, Fusion has an excellent team of staff and consultants to guide you through the onboarding process. Theses resources remain available to you, at a reasonable cost, for any reconfiguration required to meet the needs of your business or organization. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once the data has been entered, the system allows us to quickly understand how processes, systems, and equipment are linked and the dependencies between the various elements that make up our company. We were able to utilize data stored in other systems and easily migrate it into the Fusion system. This took some work on the back end but at the end of the process. It was much more efficient than having to go back and manually update data in the newly acquired system. The ability to quickly understand process and system dependencies and see them visually helps our company be more efficient in our continuity and resilience work and allows the company to quickly understand the impact of a business interruption no matter where it occurs in the organization. ### 19. The ability to create workflows to caputre metrics, key data points, and drive compliance. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Lack of or NO documentation provided by the Fusion Implementation team -- describing each customized field, object, workflow -- explaining "the why" it was built that way. Too many customized options - once you go down a rabbit hole, it leads to more complexity. Anyone new coming in (as an admin) will need to be spend several hours understanding why certain objects and records were built a certain way and how it's being used. But being built on the Salesforce platform, the user has a lot of flexibility to customize his system to meet his/her needs. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Some of the Fusion-managed objects have limitations on customization, so if you need a feature, you will need to recreate them with a new custom object. Conveniently placed tabs makes it easy to explore the website. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Report builder is not intuitive enough to do string manipulations. Many tasks require doing the same thing repeatedly instead of grouping these tasks . **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use fusion for Business continuity and Operational Resilience. It's fantastic to be able to logically arrange all data, rather than having multiple spreadsheets. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** I think the build and roll-out of the software & making it work for the user/customer's needs should be a bit more indepth. not sure if we had a less than great experience but felt rushed. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, being able to see the BIA and dependencies, RTO's, Gap Analysis and so on is fantastic. This can allow us to see all critical app dependencies for BIA processess and work out gaps/risks. The community is very active and helpful and the product is at the forefront of the evolution of resiliency. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Lightning is not set up for extracting pictures of dashboards to use for client reporting in PPT which we do a lot of and worked well in classic. Some of the data views can get a bit overwhelming. Obtaining dashboard pictures is still difficult to perform and we need to go back to classic only for that purpose. **Recommendations to others considering Fusion Framework System:** Be disiplined with your source of data and data modeling. Limit free form text and unstructured data as much as possible. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual BC and DR plans and overall limited resiliency practice. Automation, streamlining of efforts and much less administrative work and more insightful conversations with businesses on their true risk and ways to mitigate.
