I have worked in the Fusion system for many years and the only thing that I can think of as a downfall is at times the turnover of the support team can be challenging as they have grown into a much larger company. One disadvantage of the Fusion Framework System is that it offers a very limited number of options for changing the appearance of reports. This is quite limiting because it becomes difficult to customize the reports in order to fit the organization’s needs , sometimes additional corrections will need to be made manually. Such as the user permission settings are quite limited, and will sometimes impede a certain member’s ability to use necessary features without administrator approval.
