The processing power and ability to navigate quickly through records is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Records can only have one owner, which is troublesome in our complex organization. It would be good to see that at least two users can access and make changes rather than placing the administrative burden on one member of a team. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team is able to visualize complex relationships and dependencies between lines of business in our organization. This alone is worth its weight in gold! The ability to make changes and immediately see those updated in dependent processes and records is a plus as well. It is very easy to use and provides all the information needed for recovery planning. I especially like the capability to report on gaps related to process and application dependencies. For example, we can see the business required recovery time objective versus the IT recovery time objective, and the business has the ability to override if the gap is acceptable. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** The only thing I would like to see improved is the review process. For example, when searching for data within a search field the "new object" capability displays in the Lightning Experience. Everything I've needed to successfully implement a program is either built in from the start or is configurable by the user. Managing and monitoring my site vulnerability, environmental risk, governance and technology risks, vendor and supply chain risk evaluation and monitoring, the Fusion Platform has it. The functionality needed to manage mitigation, included detailed business and IT recovery plans is available. Managing incidents and logging everything for the audits. While nothing on earth is perfect, this comes really close. After 25 years of being dissatisfied with recovery software, here is a platform that does it all. To top it off, they have very good support for those who are system administrators. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** It's not free. There is a lot to learn, so be sure to allow yourself time to learn all about what you can do before you start implementation. The sandboxes really help here. **Recommendations to others considering Fusion Framework System:** Define what you want and what you most need, map it out and then let the Fusion team help you get there. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our department managers did not have time to take 3 days to put together continuity plans using Word or Excel files. We reduced the time to one day per team for their BIA and BCP plan, saving thousands of hours over the years because of how the platform is streamlined using process flows, simplify the work needing to be done. We have more than 100 locations to manage risk for. Environmental, governance and technology risk are particularly important to us. Risk assessments where made incredibly simple with outstanding reporting dashboards. We saved hundreds of hours and accomplished twice as many site reviews the first we implemented our risk management module. ### 25. Fusion housed the answers due to our robust Business Continuity Planning program collecting and organizing that data prior to the pandemic! ### 30. You have to be prepared to either after you brought the system in house to further customize it and spend Fusion dollars to customize it. In order to get good at doing things like custom reports, ad hoc reporting, custom templates, adding or modifying fields you have to be in the product on a regular basis. If you are a small shop, there is no way to do you normal day-to-day activities and successfully use Fusion RM. This product is great for a larger enterprise but even then be prepared to allocated 1/2 FTE to evolving the system for your enterprise. The best use of Fusion RM would be for a company to commit to using the product in several areas so that you can leverage the tool in multiple areas; such as, risk mgmt, vendor management, audit, etc. **Recommendations to others considering Fusion Framework System:** There is no magic bullet, make sure you have a clear idea about what your BC-DR program should be accomplishing before you consider any software package. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistency of information over the entire organization ### 37. Also, the ease with which it allows one to edit the work and make changes is commendable as not many browsers allow that kind of a change to happen so easily once you have finished and completed your work. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** At times, due to its deployment on the cloud, it can get a bit tasking to keep on updating it, unless you have specific staff dedicated to it, and to monitor it becomes monotonous, so these are the only two fallouts for me. Also, I feel their indoctrination process can get much better and user-friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Fusion Framework System:** I would definitely recommend this to all those out there, who are willing to ease the process of data handling and management service, this software really reduce the burden by significant margins.
