What do you like best about Fullbay?
I like the features Fullbay offers when it comes to running a repair shop. It tracks maintenance intervals, parts, labor cost, and equipment cost. It also offers features that is a must have in a shop enviroment such as labor times, maintenance manuals, and so much more. It allows your customer to be able to schedule repairs with you to streamline repairs and keep them up and running. This keeps your customers happy and makes equipment repair scheduling a breeze.
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
I cannot find one negative thing to say about Fullbay other than I wish I knew about this software sooner.
What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started with this shop we were struggling to keep up with maintenance schedules. It seemed like we kelp getting suprise by equipment just showing needing repairs. We was also struggling with parts inventory and tracking which was negatively effecting our bottom line in a huge way. Now with Fullbay we have laid them worries to the side.

What do you like best about Fullbay?
It is specifically for DIESEL shops and roadside service. It's not loaded up with a bunch of stuff that will never be used. VIN decoder works for tractors, trailers, straight trucks, and even chassis/containers. Customer service is ON POINT. I have yet to have an issue that was not FULLY resolved, usually on first contact. It is constantly being updated to accommodate user feedback and suggestions. I spend half the time I used to getting work orders and invoices out. The customer portal and vendor portals are excellent. Customers can view, print, and pay invoices as well as request service, which is sent directly to my phone. Vendors can receive parts orders, quote parts, and submit bills. Inventory was one of our biggest challenges, now we don't even think about it.
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
It is confusing at first, but once you go through the onboarding, it is a breeze to work with. I didn't find it sooner.

"Easy and Accomodating"
What do you like best about Fullbay?
One of things that I like best about Fullbay is that it helps our shop be more efficient.
The main reason I looked into Fullbay is that we were doing Time Tracking by hand - Having 12+ mechanics in the shop working 40+ hours a week, our time was being consumed with doing everything by hand.
Fullbay has effectively relieved us of having to do that. The stacks of paperwork that we have has been cut in half, if not more.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Amy N is our customer support manager, and I highly recommend her and Fullbay to everyone!
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
The only thing that I can think of that is a little bit of a hassle is that when we're reviewing estimates - we can't just type a rate.
We have to add a rate into configuration, then add an action item, etc. I want to edit rates to a custom price instead of adding a rate into fullbay.
What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fullbay makes invoices easier to review. We were always 2-3 weeks behind in billing - now, we're current and billing out invoices within 24 hours of the completed repairs.

User Friendly. Links with Samsara and QuickBooks. The support staff has been wonderful to work with ! AMY!
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
I wish it linked with ITS. It would be great if the vendor payments and information would import to QuickBooks.
What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?
FullBay allows us to generate needed reports immediately. Inventory is getting SO MUCH BETTER! It also allows everyone to understand better why all the requested steps and information is required.

Integration and workflow. Inventory and tracking system is just what we needed.

There are a lot of things that aren't editable which would allow different shop to have custom setups.

What do you like best about Fullbay?
Everything is self explanatory and easy to use. I like the informative videos under the help and training tab. The informative training videos helped me navigate FullBay and create Service orders smoothly.
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
It would be nice to have the option of live chat when encountering issues you can't seem to resolve.

Very simple to learn to use, even for someone who isn't tech savvy.
What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory is easier to keep track of , work flows smoothly ,and we are able to use FullBay on phone, tablet, and computer. Being that it is all electronic there is no worry when it comes to keeping track of physical paperwork.

Organizing every tech in the shop while keeping the invoicing and office up to date.
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
Being a designed as a paperless system the signatures for invoices do not show on printed invoices.

Give it a try! It will streamline your entire shop and office. Freeing you up to spend time with friends and family. It will also save you money from invoicing errors or forgotten parts. And our mobile technicians are very happy with it!

Assignment of daily tasks to techs are easily tracked. Invoicing now takes minutes and we receive payments from customers much faster.

The perfect procedure process and the transparency to our customers. It has brought us up several levels. Very professional stuff.

There is absolutely nothing I could complain about. If you use it right it really has no problem.

The main issue resolved is invoicing. There is zero delay and we work and bill in real time. Faster billing means faster receivables. That’s a great benefit.

What do you like best about Fullbay?
If you are looking for a garage management software system that checks all of the boxes, then you need to be looking at Fullbay. When I am looking for any product, I look at how I am treated and the customer service from Fullbay is outstanding. Everyone involved in the process is committed to making sure that your customer experience is the very best. Their success reps will do everything they possibly can to ensure your onboarding process goes smoothly and they're always available for training and answering any of your questions. Other companies offer great service, but I have never encountered anyone that does it as well or as thorough as the staff at Fullbay.
What do you dislike about Fullbay?
The three C's are an industry standard and it is great that Fullbay recognizes their need to help the repair shop adhere to those principles by placing those steps on every service order. My suggestion would be to replace the word Complaint with the word Concern. Therefore the three C's would then be Concern, Cause, Correction. Semantics, I know, but it takes the word Complaint away from what the customer is saying and replaces it with their Concern.

If you are looking for a garage management software system that meets and exceeds all of your garage needs, then you need to give a serious look at Fullbay.
