Frontier Medicines Reviews & Product Details

Frontier Medicines is a precision medicine company dedicated to developing breakthrough therapies for patients by targeting disease-causing proteins previously considered undruggable. Utilizing their proprietary Frontier™ Platform, which integrates chemoproteomics, covalent drug discovery, and machine learning, they focus on creating precision medicines, particularly in oncology. Their lead program, FMC-376, is a novel dual inhibitor targeting both active and inactive forms of the KRAS^{G12C} mutation, prevalent in cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal carcinoma, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. By addressing both forms of this mutation, FMC-376 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-acting inhibitors, potentially transforming patient outcomes.
