## About fretboard
fretboard is a German-language teaching workspace for guitar teachers and independent studios in Germany. It combines student profiles, a media library, lesson calendars, lesson notes and practice assignments. Personal student links provide access to assigned material and a practice room with a metronome and accompaniment. Completion markers and submitted recordings help teachers prepare follow-up lessons. Feedback and musical assessment remain the teacher's responsibility. fretboard is not an automated guitar-grading system, a ready-made self-study course or a music-school accounting suite.
