## About FreeeUp
FreeeUp is a rapidly growing freelance marketplace connecting business owners with pre-vetted freelancers from around the world. FreeeUp is different from other freelance marketplaces in that it interviews and vets all freelancers that want to join the marketplace then only allows the top 1% of applicants into the marketplace. Freelancers set their own hourly or fixed rates through the platform and currently offer over 85 different skill sets ranging from eCommerce to digital marketing to web development. Freelancers are primarily located within the US and Philippines with 20% of all freelancers scattered across 25+ countries. Businesses can create an account for free and there are no monthly fees or minimums. Businesses gain fast access to the pre-vetted network of freelancers. Businesses can submit requests for the freelancers they are needing and meet a pre-vetted match within 1 business day. The FreeeUp software makes it simple for business owners to hire and manage hours tracking and billing for freelancers. In the rare case that a freelancer ever quits, FreeeUp replaces them immediately and covers any replacement costs. In addition, FreeeUp has an outstanding customer service team that is available around the clock to help with using the platform and addressing any issues that clients run into.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deep G. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2023

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

I like the ability to get introduced to clients withe relevant requirements according to our skills and the security of the payment that Freeup keeps on their end.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

Sometimes the client doesn't last for a longer time, and if a problem arises, the clients are the first to be heard of. Usually, that happens in every business but it would be good if there were an equalized system for both. However, they are trying their best to solve this.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of searching for new clients and collaborating with them. They have an excellent marketing and client base so that every freelancer/agency gets the best possibility of getting hired by a client.

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

Freeup is something that has really inspired us in our organisation as well. It is the ultimate one stop destination for all freelancing needs. Their effectiveness in supplying pre vetted freelancers in a short span of time is the best thing about them!

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

Sometimes they don't have all the freelancers readily available especially in case of niche skills. Also the rates are also a bit on the costlier end but their effectiveness justifies the price

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that FreeeUp is solving is providing ease with the whole recruitment process. Especially the fact that even if the freelancer quits mid way, they readily provide you with the next one

Nothing much, but there are very few opportunities and departmental works are available at the moment.

4) not locked into contract and can find someone for any amount of time

  ### 7. An excellent market to try.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ileana A. | Ingeniero de desarrollo de software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2019

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

It's an excellent program for companies looking for new skilled workers, it's easy to find freelance staff trained for different jobs, you find new customers equally to offer your services and that are well received, you can make your business grow and make it exciting if you really want, is simple to use and has a good interface.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

There is nothing that I don't like about this program, it works perfectly and has no problems, maybe in the future they could add new ways of contacts with other people and customers.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeeUp:**

I can openly recommend it for those companies that are looking for a program to relate to other workers in the same program, speak perfectly other languages and works great, in the way companies manage to hire that staff that is missing in jobs in your company, all people within the are quality and layers.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to find faster the qualified personnel that we needed, freelance personnel that works by itself totally qualified for the works, also it was easy for us to find new clients that enjoyed our services and contributed to our company, it is a program that works to us until now of wonder.

  ### 8. Freeeup is the best Marketplace!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherry P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2018

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

Freeeup is just the best. Everything is just so efficient and everyone are suuuperr friendly. Nate, the CEO is so hands-on, he constantly sends messages to his Freelancers and makes sure everything is good. His assistants are very accommodating, they're all so kind. The best experience I had was getting my very first client, so far my favorite client in the whole world :)... They endorsed me same day after passing the exam(account's not even set up yet) and I passed. I got to start working for my client just few days after passing their interview. No need to wait for someone to send an endorsement - you get to pick the job that suits you from the project board. You get to pick the rate you like. Everything in Freeeup is awesome. I love them, I love my clients. :)

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

None. :) I don't have issues with Freeeup.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None so far.

  ### 9. Great talent and Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana G. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

The fact that i can find prospective freelancers very fast, interview them and test them to make sure they are good for the job. Also the possibility of pausing the hire when things are slow and getting them back on board when the season is on again. Last but not least the owner speaks to you directly and makes sure your needs are being met.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

From the top of my head nothing i can think of, may be the one time i had a not very responsive freelance agent but that was solved pretty fast . I think that sort of situation happens in any work setting, you will find workers that need feedback and sometimes you need to let them go. So i don't hold it against Freeeup, it was more that specific agent. It was great you can terminate the relation fast and move on.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeeUp:**

i definitely would give them a shot with their reps. They speak good English and always that you train them well and of course build a good working relationship, it works great.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After training them with our products/requirements, they were ready to contact customer (as in cold calling) offering specific specials and with our continuous follow up and teamwork, convert them in sales for our company.

  ### 10. An absolutely unique freelancing platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2018

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

The strong emphasis on communication means that all freelancers and clients are seriously vetted. No risk of finding thieves, hackers and scammers. Also, clients are more willing to pay you high fees if you're an expert since they know that the platform already checked if you're skilled enough.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

The marketplace is still somewhat small, but I hope it will become bigger in due time.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the first platform where I do not need to haggle with clients to get a fair price. Freelancers state their rates, and clients either accept them or they don't. All fees are on them, so you don't have to worry about being paid $100, only to see the platform take a $25 bite because of all kind of % charges and hidden fees.

  ### 11. The Best Freelance Marketplace in the World!

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

There are no negatives based on my professional experience over a 20-year career.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeeUp:**

For freelancers, the work is stable, being paid on time is automated, clients are available worldwide on a daily basis to work with. For businesses looking to hire people, think about contacting the FreeeUp Marketplace prior to doing anything - it is cost-effective and flexible. The platform itself is state-of-the-art and provides worldwide connectivity.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone who needs sales, marketing, public relations, internet, and media services is where I help clients the most. This may be related to content, writing, budgeting, advertising campaigns, and the myriad of tasks within those areas such as optimizing products on Amazon. The bottom line is

The benefits are very straightforward: 1) The company or a client can grow their business in a cost-effective manner via the FreeeUp Marketplace. 2) The freelancer is a valuable commodity for both the clients and the FreeeUp Marketplace community.

  ### 12. Top 1%

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2018

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

Responsiveness of the company to inquiries - even had multiple conversations with the CEO! Freelancers are prevetted and selected to match the details of your requisition.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

Rates are higher than some marketplaces, but it seems there is less hassle with the process compared to other marketplaces - job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring, etc is streamlined...

**Recommendations to others considering FreeeUp:**

Give them a shot compared to some others. So little to lose but much to gain.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supplier relations are greatly improved. As a (mostly) "solopreneur" it's really helpful to have someone on board to help at multiple stages of our process without neglecting other responsibilities.

  ### 13. My experience has been pleasant and smooth. Nate and his team are good and offer a great service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about FreeeUp?**

The customer service and convenience. The workers they provide are good and reliable. Its a company I trust and can recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about FreeeUp?**

Really have a nice experience - I can not find one negative thing to say.

**What problems is FreeeUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many. Hiring local workers comes with many extra expenses aside for the higher salary. Hiring overseas simply makes sense and helps you free up time and scale your company.
