I use the browser extention all the time, I get it to 'read the page' I'm on and can then use that with AI to help with whatever I'm working on (ask it questions, get it to provide suggestions, create social media posts etc). At one point the browser plugin updated to a new interface that wasn't very good, but at least they included the option to swap back to the better previous version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like is that the interface is very simple, which makes it easy to use for research, questions, etc. The options to send images and documents in the Merlín AI chat are extremely useful for any user. From my perspective, the answers it gives to my questions are clear, concise, and well-informed. In general, the Merlín AI has simplified my work. Additionally, this application is integrated with other apps that I also use, like Chrome. On the other hand, I tend to use it, but not every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is that the Chrome extension sometimes overlaps or interferes with what is visible on the screen, even though it is very small. Additionally, what causes me displeasure is that I have to log in every time I enter Chrome, since I use the app's extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most about Merlin is its option to use multiple LLMs. This allows me to test and see how each one works, whether they are models from OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see in the future the option to upload folders with files; this would be very useful, for example, in a programming project where you can work on multiple files at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Merlin for about a year. I love that I can run the same prompt through different LLMs by clicking reload. That allows me to learn from each of them and receive more answers and viewpoints for each prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
