We've been using Foundational as our managed EDI service provider since 2022, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently provides outstanding support with a positive attitude. Whether we're onboarding a new trading partner or requesting a minor mapping change, they're quick to respond—often completing new mappings in just a few days and making smaller updates almost immediately. We've never experienced any downtime or lost data, which has given us complete confidence in their reliability. Recently, we've had to complete testing and recertification with several existing trading partners, and Foundational made what could have been a complicated process smooth and effortless. Recommendations to others considering Foundational e-Business Services: We evaluated both Foundational and SPS Commerce for our EDI connectivity needs and ultimately found Foundational to be a great fit. While pricing was generally comparable, Foundational came in slightly lower and offered much more reasonable contract terms. What really differentiated them was the level of service and personal attention. Throughout the evaluation process, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Rather than feeling like just another account, we felt like they genuinely wanted to understand our business and help us find the right solution. The experience was much more personal and collaborative than what we encountered with larger providers. If you're looking for an EDI partner that combines competitive pricing with a hands-on, customer-focused approach, Foundational is definitely worth considering.
