Fotarie Reviews & Product Details

Fotarie is photography studio software for independent photographers and small teams. Capture inquiries with a shareable form, keep searchable client records, and move each job across Inquiry, Booked, Post-production, and Completed. Schedule one or more sessions, keep activity history, and connect galleries to jobs. Build secure booking packets from reusable services, contracts, and questionnaires; packets can combine an itemized quote, electronic signature, and planning questions in one link. Turn accepted quotes into numbered invoices with tax lines, retainer and balance dates, external payment instructions, email or link delivery, and downloadable PDFs. Fotarie also provides private photo and video galleries, client proofing selections, downloads, watermarks, activity tracking, and a no-code photography website. Every plan includes unlimited client galleries. Fotarie does not currently provide public self-scheduling or online invoice payments.
