Several of the trainings are old with old content.

"Best service to test employees"

What do you like best about Fortra Security Awareness Training?

It has a very intuitive interface. The campaigns are easy to create and send to my users. In case of trouble, they are very helpful and help resolve any issues that arise while creating the campaigns. In case a user fails the test, they have a wide variety of videos and content to help users learn from their mistake and bring correction to their behaviour. What do you dislike about Fortra Security Awareness Training?

The only part I liked less about this service is that sometimes the domains available for the tests are pretty oblivious. The only other point is that the service is not cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fortra Security Awareness Training?

Forta Terranova Security is a good platform to start with in an environment where cybersecurity awareness programs are not in place. It can be offered in French and English so it can cover both provinces in Canada and satisfy all users. Easy to use and find your contents. A very good support from the account manager. Simulations on a regular basis. Easy to track results and generate reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fortra Security Awareness Training?

Complication to sync with AD at the start of the contract. Issues freeing licenses while offboarding users. Can't go retro and retrieve previous exercises from the previous year while you are under a contract of 3 years. Same characters in each exercise getting a bit boring for the users and push them sometimes not to complete them. No automation to share results and reports with each manager or head of department.
