"Best service to test employees"

What do you like best about Fortra Human Risk Management?

It has a very intuitive interface. The campaigns are easy to create and send to my users. In case of trouble, they are very helpful and help resolve any issues that arise while creating the campaigns. In case a user fails the test, they have a wide variety of videos and content to help users learn from their mistake and bring correction to their behaviour. What do you dislike about Fortra Human Risk Management?

The only part I liked less about this service is that sometimes the domains available for the tests are pretty oblivious. The only other point is that the service is not cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forta Terranova Security is a good platform to start with in an environment where cybersecurity awarness programs is not in place,

Can be offered in French and English so it can cover both provinces in Canada and satisfy all users.

easy to use and find your contents.

A very good support from the account manager.

Simulations on a regular basis.

complication to synch with AD at the start of the contract.

issues freeing licences while offboarding users.

cant go retro and retreive previous exercises from the previous year while you are under a contract of 3y

same characters in each exercise getting a bit boring for the users and push them sometimes not to complete them.

The platform offers a wide range of topics; from fundamental cyber hygiene to more advanced threats like spear phishing and ransomware—making it suitable for all levels of users. What do you like best about Fortra Human Risk Management?

A versatile platform and very easy to use. It has a comprehensive training library updated every 6 months that covers all aspects of security. It has more than 500 simulation scenarios. It is possible program different training campaigns to a specific group of users and depending on their behavior when faced a simulation message. The launching of simulation is quick and easy. A false positive trap makes it easy to detect false positives. It is possible to schedule trainings, questionnaires and campaigns automatically and depending on the user's behavior.
