The thing I appreciate the most is how proactive the tool is. It doesn’t just wait for a problem to show up - it scans for threats across social media, marketplaces, and even dark web forums before they blow up. The dashboard is also surprisingly clean and easy to navigate, which is rare for enterprise security tools. Plus, their support team actually responds quickly when you need them. It’s definitely on the premium side, and while you get what you pay for, smaller teams or startups might find it hard to justify the cost. Also, some of the reporting features feel a little rigid - I wish there was more flexibility in customizing alerts or exporting data without jumping through hoops. Before we began using Fortra, my team was constantly battling counterfeit listings on Amazon and dealing with fake social media accounts that impersonated our brand. This ongoing issue consumed countless hours and eroded customer trust. With the platform, suspicious activity is automatically flagged across more than 50 channels, and we receive actionable alerts rather than just unnecessary notifications. This has helped us avoid at least three significant PR crises in the past year, and we’ve managed to recover over $200,000 in lost revenue from fraudulent sellers.
