Formala Reviews & Product Details

Formala is AI receptionist software that automates customer inquiries and appointment scheduling on business websites. Using a conversational interface, it greets visitors, qualifies their needs, books appointments, or captures information for follow-up. Installation requires a single line of code and takes about two minutes without technical expertise. The system reads business hours and bookings to offer available time slots, confirming appointments automatically without redirecting to external calendars. A built-in calendar lets business owners view appointments, while customers can cancel via reminder emails to free up slots. Lead information is delivered through email, Slack, Zapier, CRM systems, or webhooks. The software learns from conversations, expanding its knowledge base, and supports photo and PDF attachments. A fallback contact form ensures no messages are missed, avoiding guesses or commitments beyond its programmed knowledge.
