Forge Sims Reviews & Product Details

Learning and enablement teams have stopped outsourcing their simulations to legacy vendors, and Forge is why. Not because building in-house is always the answer, but because you finally get to choose. Build it yourself on the platform, have Forge design and facilitate the whole thing, or split the work however makes sense for your team. The model bends to you instead of the other way around. What stays constant is ownership and control. Everything created on Forge, whether you build it or Forge builds it for you, is yours permanently. Your knowledge stays yours, and you're never locked into a vendor to keep using what you paid for. The simulations themselves put learners inside real decisions with real consequences, modeled on your business rather than a generic case study. You can support any learning moment, from individual skill practice to enterprise initiatives, deploy to 20,000 learners as easily as 20, update simulations in minutes when something changes, and use built-in AI to keep the experience fresh instead of static. A few things teams care about once they look closely: Four ways to launch. Build it yourself with Forge's support. Build it together, then take the keys. Have Forge handle design, build, and facilitation end to end. Or bring your own consultant or agency onto the platform. All four leave the IP with you. You own the IP, permanently. This is the opposite of how most legacy simulation vendors operate, where the work is licensed back to you and held over your head if you leave. Fast, and it saves real money. Teams launch custom simulations in weeks instead of months, and have saved over $150K versus legacy vendor costs. More than 100,000 learners have trained on Forge simulations. Trusted by teams at Salesforce, GE Aerospace, and ConocoPhillips.
