## Forescribe Reviews
  ### 1. Clear SaaS Spend Visibility and Actionable License Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash P. | Revenue Growth Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Forescribe gives us clear visibility into our SaaS usage and spend in one place. As an IT Operations Manager, it’s helped me quickly identify unused licenses, stay on top of renewals, and reduce manual tracking. The insights are straightforward and actually useful for day-to-day decisions.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start just to understand all the features, but once you get used to it, it becomes pretty straightforward. Nothing major otherwise.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe helps us solve the lack of visibility into our SaaS tools and spending. Earlier, it was hard to track usage and manage renewals. Now we have everything in one place, which helps us reduce unused licenses, avoid overspending, and make quicker, more informed decisions.

  ### 2. Clear, Unified View of Usage and Spend Across Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Utkarsh Raj M. | Digital Transformation leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

I like how it brings everything into one place and gives a clear view of usage and spend. It makes it much easier to understand what’s actually adding value and what isn’t, especially when you’re managing multiple tools across teams.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve initially when you start exploring all the features, but once you’ve used it for a while, it becomes pretty straightforward.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly solves the lack of visibility we had around our SaaS tools. Earlier, it was hard to track usage and make confident decisions, but now we have better clarity, which helps reduce waste and manage renewals more effectively.

  ### 3. Forescribe Brings Global Software Governance Under Control—With Real Visibility & Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suneet S. | SDE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

From a global IT perspective, software governance is usually fragmented — different regions, different tools, and inconsistent controls. Forescribe helped us bring order without slowing the business down. It gave us real visibility into what software is being used across geographies, how it’s being used, and whether it aligns with our governance standards.
What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t stop at visibility. The platform actively helps enforce governance through usage insights, lifecycle automation, and early alerts. Features like shadow application detection, license recovery during offboarding, and renewal visibility have moved us from reactive clean-ups to proactive control.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Honestly, very little. It took a bit of time to align internal teams on how we wanted to use the governance workflows, but that was more about organizational adoption than the product itself. Once that alignment was in place, Forescribe fit naturally into our processes.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe solved a long-standing governance gap for us. Previously, we discovered issues after renewals, audits, or security escalations. Now, we have continuous oversight — knowing which tools are approved, which ones are being used outside policy, and where corrective action is needed.
As a Global IT Head, the biggest benefit is confidence. We’re no longer guessing or reacting. Software governance is now embedded into daily operations, and decisions are driven by real data, not assumptions. That shift alone has made a significant impact across our organization.

  ### 4. Instant Global Visibility and Effortless Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imran K. | Global Information Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Managing software globally is messy by default. Different regions, different buying habits, different tools — and honestly, very little shared visibility. Forescribe changed that for us in a practical way.

What I liked from day one was how quickly it started showing value. We didn't need a big rollout or long workshops. Once connected, it surfaced real usage, shadow tools, and license gaps across regions almost immediately. For the first time, I could see what was actually being used globally — not what was assumed in reports.

The automation around offboarding and license recovery has been especially helpful. Things that used to rely on follow-ups and emails now just happen. It's taken a lot of day-to-day pressure off our IT teams.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

There's a lot of data available, which is great, but it took a bit of time to decide what mattered most at a global level versus regional views. Once that was set, it became much easier to work with.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, software governance was reactive. We found issues after renewals, after audits, or after security flagged something. Now we're ahead of it. We know what's being used, where money is leaking, and where standards aren't being followed — before they become problems.

From a global IT leadership perspective, that's the biggest win. It's not just about saving costs (though we have). It's about finally having confidence and consistency across our software environment without slowing the business down.

  ### 5. Built for how modern SAM actually works.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhigyan R. | Software Asset Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

As someone working in IT Asset Management and SAM, I've used quite a few tools, and Forescribe stands out because it reflects how software is actually used today. It goes beyond license counts and gives real usage context — browser activity, employee-level insights, and app adoption patterns that traditional SAM tools usually miss.

I really like how discovery works across SaaS, browsers, and user activity. Features like AppScout and EmployeeIntel help us understand not just what we own, but who is using it and why. Renewal and usage insights make it much easier to justify renewals, reallocate licenses, or retire tools confidently.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

The platform is feature-rich, so there's a learning curve if you try to use everything at once. That said, once you understand how the insights connect, it becomes very intuitive. The product team is also quick to incorporate feedback, which helps.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe solves the biggest pain in modern SAM — lack of accurate, real-world usage data. We no longer rely on assumptions or partial reports. Shadow apps, underutilized licenses, and offboarding gaps are clearly visible.

It has helped us improve audit readiness, reduce waste, and align software assets with actual business needs. Instead of reacting to audits or renewals, we're finally proactive. For an ITAM/SAM team dealing with SaaS sprawl, this tool genuinely makes the job easier.

  ### 6. Best Plug-and-Play SaaS Governance Tool We’ve Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin C. | Information Technology Asset Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

I was immediately struck by how simple it is to adopt Forescribe. It worked without the need for a lengthy setup or a difficult onboarding procedure. We had a comprehensive map of all the apps we use, their actual usage frequency, and which teams depend on which within a few days.

This clarity is invaluable to someone who balances IT oversight with business decisions. The platform links employee activity, usage, and spending in a way that instantly highlights what should be kept and what is depleting the budget. Because Forescribe informed us in advance with the appropriate usage context, we were able to avoid numerous needless renewals and save countless hours thanks to the offboarding automation.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Nothing significant. I had to get used to a few features, but once I realized how the insights connected, it came naturally to me. I simply keep an eye out for new updates because the product changes quickly.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our SaaS stack felt like a mystery before Forescribe. We relied on last-minute vendor emails, disorganized knowledge, and spreadsheets. Real usage visibility, real numbers, and real control are now available. By identifying apps that we were unaware were being used, we have strengthened our security posture, removed unnecessary tools, and optimized licenses.

A cluttered, reactive process has been transformed into a tidy, proactive workflow. It's no longer just another platform gathering dust for us, but rather a daily tool.

  ### 7. A SaaS management tool that just works.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kshitij S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Forescribe was surprisingly easy to set up — truly plug-and-play. Within minutes we had real visibility into all the apps our teams were using, including a few we didn't even know existed. The interface is clean, the insights are clear, and it's been incredibly helpful across IT and finance.

I really like how it ties usage and cost together. Instead of guessing who needs what, we can see real data and make better calls instantly. The automated license reclaim during offboarding has already saved us a ton of manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

No real complaints. It's still getting new features frequently, so sometimes we’re discovering new things faster than we planned — but that’s a good problem to have.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to chase spreadsheets and emails just to understand our SaaS stack. Now we see everything — usage, spend, adoption — in one place. It helps us avoid waste, clean up unused tools, and make smart decisions without extra work.
Overall, it’s taken a chaotic part of IT and made it organized, automated, and stress-free.

  ### 8. Helped us connect software spend to real business value.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

What stood out to me immediately was how easy Forescribe is to adopt. We didn’t need a long setup or a complicated onboarding process, it just worked. Within a few days, we had a clear map of every app we use, how often it’s actually used, and which teams rely on what.

As someone who balances business decisions and IT oversight, this clarity is priceless. The platform ties usage, spend, and employee activity together in a way that instantly shows what’s worth keeping and what’s draining budget.

The offboarding automation has saved us countless hours, and we’ve avoided multiple unnecessary renewals simply because Forescribe notified us early with proper usage context.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Nothing major. There were a couple of features I had to get used to, but once I understood how the insights connect, it became second nature. The product evolves quickly, so I just keep an eye out for new updates.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, we approved software based on requests and past spend. Now, we make decisions based on usage and impact. We've avoided renewing tools that weren't delivering value and reallocated budget to tools teams actually rely on.

It's made software decisions more transparent, more accountable, and far more aligned with business outcomes. For leaders who want clarity without complexity, Forescribe delivers.

  ### 9. Finally, Control and Clarity in Our IT Stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudransh A. | Back End Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

As an IT manager, I was constantly caught in the middle—users requesting new tools, finance questioning spend, and leadership asking why we had so many overlapping apps. It felt like we were fighting fires instead of building structure.

What I like best about Forescribe is how it pulls everything into one place. The EmployeeIntel view shows exactly who is using what and how often, so I no longer chase people down for adoption reports. The ShadowOps Insight feature has been a game-changer—it uncovered tools that teams had signed up for without IT involvement, which was both a compliance and security risk. Now, instead of surprises, I have visibility and control.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

There isn't much to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, it's that the reporting options could use more flexibility.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, we had zero clarity on SaaS usage. Licenses would sit idle, renewals would slip through unnoticed, and shadow IT created unnecessary security gaps. That was frustrating because it made IT look reactive instead of strategic.

With Forescribe, I can now walk into meetings with hard data: which apps are underused, which teams need reallocations, and where we're overspending. It's also helped strengthen IT's relationship with procurement and finance, because we're finally working from the same source of truth. The biggest benefit? Time. Instead of manually pulling reports and spreadsheets, I get answers in minutes—leaving me free to focus on bigger IT initiatives.

  ### 10. Finally, an IT Tool That Works With My Team, Not Against It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin S. | Software Development Engineer 1, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

As an IT manager juggling daily support, compliance, and tech ops, visibility was my biggest challenge. We had scattered tools, unclear license ownership, and way too many surprise renewals. Forescribe gave us structure. The EmployeeIntel view lets my team pinpoint who's actually using what—no more chasing tickets or making guesses about usage. ShadowOps Insight has been a game-changer for uncovering rogue tools before they become a security risk. It's also made my 1:1s with my team more data-backed—we talk with real usage insights now, not assumptions.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Honestly, we haven’t hit any roadblocks yet. The platform does what it promises.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, we were constantly reacting—trying to catch up with surprise costs or unauthorized tools someone installed last week. Now, with App Oversight and Usage Analysis, we've reduced redundancy and brought control back into our hands. We even identified duplicate tools across departments and consolidated them. Plus, Exit Watch made offboarding way smoother—we immediately get alerts when someone leaves, so nothing slips through the cracks. It's helped the team feel less overwhelmed and more in control.

  ### 11. Forescribe Helped Us Stop Wasting Money and Start Making Informed Decisions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartikey G. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Before Forescribe, managing software procurement felt like chasing shadows. Tools were being purchased by different teams, often without proper oversight, and we'd only realize we were overspending when it was too late. What I liked best about Forescribe is how it brought order to the chaos—without making things harder.

The Renewal Timeline is a lifesaver. I used to dread quarter-end surprises—vendors auto-renewing contracts before we even got a chance to review them. Now, we get alerts well in advance, which gives us time to analyze value, compare pricing, and actually negotiate. Pair that with SpendTrack Elite, and we can tie every dollar to usage, not just license count. That's helped us cut waste and walk into procurement meetings with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Honestly, there's nothing major I'd point to. If anything, I'd love to see even more flexibility in customizing reporting views for different stakeholders—but even without that, it's already solving problems we've struggled with for years. And their team actually listens—so feedback doesn't go into a black hole, which I really appreciate.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe has helped us solve three major headaches: last-minute renewals, lack of visibility, and decentralized decision-making. Before this platform, it was impossible to get a clean, real-time view of what apps we were paying for, which teams were using them, and whether they were still needed. We were constantly reacting—often too late.

Now, everything's in one place. From contracts and spend to usage data and renewal alerts, we have the full picture. It's allowed us to plan ahead, avoid overlapping tools, and work more closely with finance and IT. The best part? We're finally making procurement decisions based on facts—not assumptions or old spreadsheets. That shift alone has made a huge difference in how we operate.

  ### 12. Forescribe Helped Us Take Back Control of Our IT Landscape

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakash S. | Full Stack Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

For a long time, managing IT felt like we were solving a puzzle without all the pieces. Apps were being adopted faster than we could track them, spending was happening in scattered corners of the organization, and whenever someone asked, “Do we really need this tool?”—the answer was usually, “We’re not sure.”
That changed once we started using Forescribe. With GlobalView™, we finally got a unified lens into our entire software landscape. Whether it was marketing in Europe or product teams in APAC, we could view software usage, license counts, and cost centers across every workspace and region—without asking five people or opening ten spreadsheets. It gave us confidence and control we simply didn’t have before.
App Discover360™ filled in the blind spots. We discovered apps we didn’t even know were being used, and more importantly, we understood how often and by whom. It didn’t just help with visibility—it reshaped how we think about adoption, security, and value.
And AccessFlow Control quietly became one of the most valuable tools in our day-to-day work. Managing user permissions used to be manual and slow—now, we can assign, audit, and adjust access in minutes. It's made our workflows tighter and helped us avoid both over-provisioning and security gaps.
Forescribe didn’t just improve our software oversight—it gave us the tools to act quickly, stay ahead, and support the business without getting buried in firefighting.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Honestly, there's nothing we truly dislike. It's rare to find a platform that delivers exactly what it promises, and Forescribe has done just that. If anything comes up, their team has always been proactive and receptive, which gives us even more confidence in the platform. The only ask would be even more customizable reporting visuals in the Insights Hub, but I know their team is already working on it.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, we were constantly playing catch-up. Apps were piling up, licenses were getting renewed without notice, and we had no clear view of what was actually being used across teams. It felt like we were spending more time untangling messes than making progress.

Forescribe changed that. With tools like App Oversight and Efficiency Optimiser, we were able to spot redundant tools, shut down what wasn't needed, and streamline our stack. The Renewal Timeline feature gave us visibility into upcoming contracts, so we're no longer surprised by auto-renewals—we're ahead of them.

It's helped us go from reactive to proactive. Now, we manage our software environment with confidence, backed by real data. It's saved us time, money, and a lot of headaches.

  ### 13. Procurement Clarity and Renewal Control.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhinav M. | Head of Procurement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Forescribe gave us something we were really lacking—centralized visibility into every software contract, license, and renewal timeline. The Renewal Calendar is one of the most useful features we've adopted; it ensures we never miss a renewal deadline and lets us plan negotiations in advance. The ability to track contracts, usage, and spend in one place has helped us eliminate duplicate tools and avoid unnecessary license expansions.

Another big win has been the Cost Cluster feature. It groups app spend by category and team, so we can easily benchmark costs and identify overlaps. With this, we've finally started aligning procurement decisions with actual software value and usage. Forescribe hasn't just streamlined our procurement workflow—it's made it smarter.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Nothing so far. The platform does what it promises, and the support team has been responsive every time we’ve had a question.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe has helped us eliminate the chaos of disconnected contracts, siloed renewals, and unclear ownership of software tools. With the Renewals tab, we now have a centralized system to track upcoming vendor deadlines—no more missed expiries or rushed negotiations. The SpendTrack Elite feature connects actual usage data with our vendor costs, helping us evaluate which tools are delivering ROI and which aren’t worth renewing.
It’s also solved a major visibility gap. With Cost Cluster, we can group spending by teams or departments, making it easier to manage budgets and identify redundant subscriptions. The result? Cleaner vendor portfolios, stronger negotiation leverage, and more control over our software spend without the usual fire drills.

  ### 14. A Clearer, Smarter Way to Manage Our Software Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alok V. | Frontend Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

What really stood out to me was how Forescribe made it easy to connect the dots between software usage, access, and spend—something that's often scattered across systems. Features like EmployeeIntel helped us map app usage down to individual users, so we could clean up unused accounts and right-size our licenses. It's been a huge help in reducing waste and improving efficiency.

The Exit Watch tool has also added a layer of security to our offboarding process. Before Forescribe, tracking what apps former employees had access to was time-consuming. Now we get an instant snapshot of their usage history and associated risks, making deprovisioning way more thorough and faster.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Honestly, nothing that's been a deal-breaker. Some advanced features take a little time to master, but the platform is intuitive once you spend some time with it.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us solve the chaos around app visibility, license sprawl, and access tracking. We're able to act quickly on underutilized tools, tighten our security posture, and support procurement and finance with accurate data. It's made IT operations feel much more in control and collaborative.

  ### 15. A Must-Have for CIOs Managing Modern SaaS Stacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kashin A. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Forescribe has given us the clarity we needed in a noisy, fast-paced SaaS environment. As a CIO, I'm constantly balancing cost, compliance, and usability—and this tool has helped us stay in control without slowing teams down. The GeoData Compliance feature has been particularly helpful in flagging region-specific risks, especially as we scale globally. It's also helped us track how permissions and access evolve over time, making our internal audits much smoother and less reactive.

What I really like is that Forescribe doesn't just dump data—it delivers actionable insights. The SmartCost Optimizer gave us clear, team-specific savings opportunities, and we were able to act on them within days. It's rare to find a tool that supports both IT governance and business agility this well. Honestly, it's become a key part of how we manage our digital ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

So far, there's honestly nothing we dislike. It's rare to adopt a platform this quickly without running into friction, but Forescribe has been smooth from day one.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe is solving one of our biggest challenges: fragmented visibility across our SaaS tools, users, and spend. Before, we were juggling multiple systems, spreadsheets, and manual audits just to understand where our budget was going and who was using what. Forescribe brought all of that into one place.

It's helped us cut down on shadow IT, reduce wasted licenses, and improve compliance tracking. More importantly, it's made collaboration between IT, finance, and security much easier—everyone's working from the same set of reliable data. That alignment has improved decision-making and made our IT operations far more strategic.

  ### 16. Forescribe Turned Our SaaS Chaos into Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank K. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

As a CTO leading a fast-growing global tech team, one of my ongoing frustrations was how disconnected our systems were. We had usage data in one place, billing in another, and no real way to connect the dots. Honestly, it felt like we were constantly in catch-up mode—especially when surprise SaaS invoices landed or when security flagged access issues tied to offboarded employees.

Then we brought in Forescribe, and things started clicking. It didn’t just plug into our existing stack—it stitched everything together. The first week alone, we used AppScout and LoopSense to uncover a long list of unused, redundant, and in some cases risky apps that had been flying under the radar. That immediate visibility was a game-changer.

One feature I can’t stop talking about is the ability to tag subscriptions to billing. It sounds simple, but it solved a real pain for us. We no longer have orphaned charges or awkward moments trying to trace a vendor back to a team. It’s clean, clear, and finally gives us a reliable view of what we’re spending—and why.

Also, the SpendPredict™ feature helped us shift from “what just happened?” to “what’s coming next?” when it comes to budgeting. And the AI Post-Mortem reports have actually helped us diagnose a few operational issues faster than we would’ve with manual root cause analysis.

The onboarding experience was smoother than I expected, especially for a tool this robust. And their support team? Genuinely helpful, quick to respond, and honestly feel like a part of our extended IT org.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

None so far. The platform is actively evolving and already addresses most of our digital risk and cost challenges.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Forescribe, we were dealing with a mix of challenges that many growing tech teams face—too many SaaS tools, unclear ownership, duplicate licenses, shadow IT, and unpredictable spend. It was hard to get a clean, real-time view of what software was actually in use, who was using it, and whether we were getting value from it.

Forescribe helped us solve all of that. It gave us complete visibility into our software environment—across departments, geographies, and even employee lifecycles. The AppScout and LoopSense agents helped uncover tools we didn’t know were in use, which immediately improved our compliance posture and security.

Their subscription tagging and billing alignment solved our biggest finance headache. We’re no longer wasting hours chasing down rogue charges or reconciling spreadsheets. And with SpendPredict™, we can actually forecast digital OPEX with confidence, instead of just reacting to end-of-month surprises.

From a strategic standpoint, it’s helped us align IT, finance, and security teams under a single source of truth. That’s saved us money, improved governance, and freed up my team to focus on more valuable work instead of chasing down operational chaos.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amrita A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The onboarding was seamless making it instantly attractive. It helped us streamline our SaaS management, improve visibility of employee online activity thereby increasing security, and even simplify license management with their autorenewal calendars, empowering me and my IT team to optimize our digital landscape.
Their Customer support is also very propmt and precise.
The best feature was the functionality of able to tag susbcriptions against billing to avoid missed billing. That was the winner and saved so much headache.

  ### 19. Digital infrastructure management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anania M. | Customer Success Coordinator, Broadcast Media, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

Forescribe definitely excel where it can be gifted with the task of centralising the management of most digital infrastructures. I am relieved of many tasks such as discovery and optimization when I use automating instead of having to work with several tools.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

I have experienced to be somewhat limited is the reporting functionality, in terms of its subtlety. I find myself needing the more detailed information on certain aspects. This occurs when it becomes challenging to identify where cost savings can be realized to the greatest extent possible.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not need to use other tools for managing other aspects of digital infrastructures as it has made my work easy. The boring things like discovery are done for me and I can actually feel if resources are underutilised and perhaps save some bucks.

**What do you like best about Forescribe?**

I can say that Forescribe is my invoice ninja to help me streamline my SaaS subscription payments. This product records anyone and everyone automatically, including seeing where there are license packets untouched and indicating any hidden costs.

**What do you dislike about Forescribe?**

Implementing devices on our operation may pose problems. This means I manually need to export data for reconciliation purposes, and this in turn presents me with one more step in this process.

**What problems is Forescribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forescribe is a great tool that has been a big help for me when it comes to the amount I spend on the SaaS. It's a blessing in our address book, helping us to deal with renewals and to optimize our subscriptions.
