Fora Reviews & Product Details

Fora is vendor management software for event planners, agencies and production companies. Most event teams keep their vendors in a mess of spreadsheets, Gmail threads and someone's phone. Fora puts every vendor, venue, rep and past project in one list the whole team can search by role, location, price and insurance. Each event shows who is booked, what they quoted, what's been paid and whether their certificate of insurance (COI) is in place for the event date. Features include a shared vendor and venue list with CSV import, COI tracking per event, budgets with quotes, deposits and balances, Enrich (paste a vendor's website and Fora suggests contact details and a photo, nothing saves until you approve it), vendor self-onboarding by invite link or QR code, and client share links where you choose exactly what the client sees. Start free with up to 25 records, no credit card.
