Flowody Reviews & Product Details

Flowody is Australian-built job management software for trade and field service businesses — one platform from quote to payment. Unlike per-user software, Flowody charges one flat base price from $30 AUD/month with every feature included. GPS check-in, digital forms, job costing and accounting sync are on every plan — you add seats, not tiers. Scheduling — one drag-and-drop calendar for every worker, job and site, with day, week and month views, and multiple workers assignable to one job across several days. Quote to paid — branded quotes with public acceptance, one-click conversion to jobs, invoicing on completion, Stripe payments with automatic receipts. GPS job check-in — crews check in and out from the mobile app with distance-to-site recorded, verifying attendance at the job without tracking anyone between jobs. Digital forms — drag-and-drop builder for SWMS, risk assessments, PPE checklists and your own job sheets, completed on site with a signature or a secure signing link. Job costing — materials and labour recorded against the job and compared to the quoted value as the work runs, so the margin is visible before you invoice. Customers, sites and contacts — separate but linked records, so one builder or strata manager can hold many addresses, each with its own history. Also included — two-way Xero and QuickBooks sync, renewal reminders, customer booking pages, email campaigns, and iOS and Android apps for field crews. Flowody does not do inventory, project accounting or asset registers, and stores rather than generates compliance certificates. 30-day free trial. No lock-in.
