"How Good is Flowcode?"

What do you like best about Flowcode?

"Easy and Fun Way to Connect with Students!"

What do you like best about Flowcode?

All of the features are really helpful - I work in a high school so I use Flowcode to stay connected with students in my program. What do you like best about Flowcode?

Initially, I tried to find free QR codes but there were so many issues with them, particularly with expiry dates or sometimes they just don't work.

I realised that I needed Flowcode as it served my multiple requirements.

The most important requirement is related to my roles as a family physician. I like to get my patients and their families educated and I need to use Flowcodes as URL (or internet links) for resources such as further medical advice or even for health questionnaires and scores (disease scoring) can take so much time as my handwriting is terrible or my link shortener turns out to be too long for them or failed to work. My patients would scan the Flowcode and fill in the appropriate questionnaire or even registration while they wait for their turn to be consulted. Since that saves time and frustration, i would say that's a lifesaver!

Their Flowpage has helped as well. Useful for the medical fitness and a kind of page for all the links too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowcode?

I think there are too many customisation choices for the Flowcodes. Perhaps that is because I like to stick to one simple design. There were many designs for the Flowcodes but not to my liking, and I worry it would not print out well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowcode solving and how is that benefiting you?

The second importance of Flowcode is related to my other 'job' as an author. I have written and published the Real Ghost Stories of Borneo book series, and I have come up with a reprint, a 2nd edition that has colour illustrations. However, it costs too much to print them in colour, so I had them printed in black and white and created Flowcodes for the readers to scan so as to see the illustrations in colour on their phone, making my book 'interactive'. I can also create Flowcodes to link to videos and websites for avid readers to delve into extra resources online.

The other thing is that I don't have to worry about losing the Flowcodes and I can organise them online, in the actual account website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowcode?

The ability to change the URL without changing the code was a lifesaver on our very first piece we printed with a Flowcode QR code on it. We'd made an error and when scanning it after printing, discovered it. I was able to go in and update the code with the correct URL and VOILA... it worked! We also LOVE the work the graphics team did in creating our custom QR code that came with the Pro account. The Pro subscription fee is a bargain! And one of the best things I've found about Flowcode are the people - seriously. I had an issue receiving password reset emails (we have strict firewalls and it wound up being a problem with my employer's I.T. department blocking them) and when I emailed Flowcode, never knowing if anyone will answer (you know how that can be), I not only got an email right back, we even worked via a Zoom call to figure it out and chatted about how we're using the codes. It was such a pleasant surprise! (Thank you, Christie!) I can't say enough great things about this company. And no, this is not a phony, gushy review. I truly am very impressed with them. What do you dislike about Flowcode?

Honestly, I can't really think of any. Anything I say could just be because I haven't worked with it enough to learn all the bells and whistles that are available. If I could suggest something, it would be made the analytics section a bit more robust. I do a monthly report for my director and board, and I haven't figured out if you can look at your analytics for a certain time period. My dashboard shows when the code was created and when it was last scanned, but I'd love the ability to see exactly how many scans we got each month. Thank you! What problems is Flowcode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our board wants to see that our print ads are getting traffic, and the Flowcodes gives us the ability to show them that people are seeing the ad and accessing our website by scanning the code. We also use the codes to encourage people at events and tradeshows to sign up for our newsletter; it's so much better than having a physical sign-up sheet that you have to worry about blowing away or getting lost. We've also added them to our sales kits that our sales staff can leave when they do calls. It's a much easier way to get people to the actual pages on our website that are most relevant to them. "Best dynamic qr code platform in the market!"

What do you like best about Flowcode?

Flowcode has been a vital part of our marketing since we discovered them last year. We were looking for a QR code management system to track and edit our QR codes on the fly, and their system does just that. We can create and print codes on stable marketing like signs and publications, and when the content changes, we can easily edit the QR code in their UI. We can view analytics, create reports and make adjustments. Our favorite thing about Flowcode is the unique design, which they worked with us on to match our brands. If you want a great "works immediately out of the box" solution that requires no effort, Flowcode has you covered.
